I will never use this company again. I should have read the other one star reviews first as there is a consistent theme by others. I paid online, and then waited and waited for delivery. Different excuses each time from the service team and its now been a month. - still no delivery date for a mattress. Formal complaint made. What a waste of time and effort.

The Sleep Shop provided our new mattress at a competitive price and followed up to ensure delivery was completed on the date agreed. Old mattress collection was added efficiently after ordering as a no cost option.

I have be very pleased with the service I recieved from a call to check everthing was ok to the chaps who took away old mattress. I will be useing this company again very soon as weare all ready for a new mattress, thank you.

We were very well looked after in the showroom, delivery and set up was excellent.

The service we received, from our initial enquiry in the shop, ordering, booking delivery and the delivery team was superb. We were patiently guided through the process, and gratefully accepted the offer to hold our bed and additional base at the warehouse until we were ready. Delivery was then promptly arranged with good communications and carried out by 2 men who were pleasant, helpful and very efficient. All the items ordered were good quality and I had a great night’s sleep last night. Many thanks to your team.

Our old mattress was a Miracoil, and we tried to find the nearest match. Th new mattress is more comfortable than expected. This time we should not wait quite so long to replace it !

This was the cheapest place to buy the mattress I wanted, by far, so I was delighted when it turned out to be a legit company with great service! Had a call about the delivery, firstly to arrange whether it was to door or room of choice (both free!) and then from the delivery company to arrange the day. Excellent, personal service.

I was honestly sceptical buying another mattress online after I bought my Emma mattress via an online store.
I tried the mattress out and found it cheaper on here. I purchased and the following day I got a call from the supplier to confirm my order and give me a few options regarding delivery

From ordering my Silent Night mattress to delivery everything went smoothly. I was contacted and told when the mattress would be delivered to your delivery partners and they informed me of a delivery date. Then 24hrs before delivery they gave me a 3 hour slot which was great. I would definately recommend. I also saved £400 on the mattress compared to my local bed shops.
