Mattress ordered at 10am for the best price I could find online. Recieved a phone call just before 1pm asking which delivery option I'd like.

Mattress was dispatched same day. Delivered just after 10am the next day.

Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

From ordering right through to receiving our mattress it was perfect. They kept us up to date with it all. We received a call and also an email right away to let us know what would happen next with our purchase. Everything was so straightforward. Both people I spoke to were polite and courteous and very helpful. We had slight issue with pillows that didn't arrive and after I spoke to a lovely lady, she got it sorted immediately and they were sent out the same day. Definitely a great company to deal with and I definitely recommend using them.
Our mattress is brilliant so comfy and was a great price too.

These where a brilliant company contacted me straight away to confirm I had placed order and that all details correct they let me updated at all times re the delivery and I would definitely recommend them.

Bad experience with this company and am sad to be writing this review. Purchased an item online. Waited more than 6 weeks - nothing. When I chased the order, I was told it was no longer available. Asked for a refund, which I was told I would get, but two weeks later, still no refund. In the end, had to resort to the PayPal resolution centre to get a refund. All I can say is thank goodness I paid that way.

I am happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from everyone I spoke to, either on the phone or through emails, was exceptional.
I must admit I spoke to at least three other companies about ordering the same bed but they were the only ones that got back to me and responded to my queries.

I ordered a mattress and the same day - a Wednesday - I received a phone call from a really professional lady providing options for delivery because it was a king size mattress and bulky. We decided on delivery date - the Friday - and it was here by 10.30. Tracking was good. It was a really painless, positive experience. It's so unusual in this day and age, especially ordering online, to have such excellent customer services. Ordering a mattress Wednesday afternoon and sleeping on it 2 days later, doesn't get better than that!

I only purchased two pillows online but I received a phone call to let me know my items were in stock and would be delivered to me the next day. Such a lovely and friendly service, it was a total surprise to get a phone call from a human being rather than an automated message. My pillows did indeed arrive the next day and are perfect! Wonderful company, would highly recommend.

I called before I ordered a replacement king size mattress for my elderly parents as I was concerned that the price was significantly lower than at other stores. A lady explained nicely that it is a family business and that her team would place it in the room we wanted and also take away the old one. I paid online and got two free pillows too. We were given advanced notice and the delivery guys were truly brilliant. In all, The Sleep Shop made everything so smooth. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service and have made these my go-to people.

Great product and helpful service. All advisers were helpful, from our initial enquiry about a product, to placing an order and then arranging a delivery. Our delivery was received on the day arranged and we are pleased with the product, a metal headboard, which was exactly as described.

The salesman was very friendly and patient when I wanted to keep trying different mattresses and he gave good advice too.

Great customer service - great quality - great delivery

When I called and spoke with Paul to arrange for a new bed frame to come at short notice he was an excellent help. I was informed of a delivery time the day prior as I was promised and the delivery team also called me to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. We are extremely happy with our purchase and I couldn’t ask for more from a customer journey perspective.
