Premium prices for premium products. I'm fine with that. Great follow up and follow through with minor issues that have been resolved to my satisfaction with very little effort on my part. Again, if you're looking for a bargain basement deal, there are the usual suspects online to find them. I don't go cheap on things that bring me so much joy.

Great bike. Helpful, knowledge advice. Shipping plan ("Be at home all day, we don't know when the bike will arrive") is a bad plan. Still...I love the bike!

TPC demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout my last bike trade. I got an offer within hours, and the entire trade in process went quickly. I got the bike I wanted for a great price, hardly used. It arrived in a couple days in pristine condition. However the torque key they ship with every bike was nowhere to be found. They reached out to follow up on the order and I mentioned that the torque key was missing, but it wasn't a big deal because I had my own. A couple days later, a TPC branded torque key and thank you note arrived at my door. As they say, it's the little things. Well done TPC!
