Recent dealing with Progressive Mortgages both by phone and by calling to the City Branch were so impressive I wanted to write a review. Its so refreshing this day and age to have great service and I got exactly what I wanted done. Ryan T was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. I expected to be told they couldn't help as I don't have an appointment but the opposite was true, Ryan went above and beyond to help me

I was at my wit's end. Due to circumstances beyond my control I needed to remortgage my house. My original mortgage lender wasn't giving me a lot of confidence that I would qualify. A colleague at work told me that her mum was an underwriter for The Progressive Building Society. I asked my colleague would her mum be willing to ring me for some advice. She did more than that and called me that night and made a phone call to one of her work colleagues, Louise Bleakley who is a mortgage advisor for the Progressive. She contacted me the following day, took my details and started the ball rolling. She held my hand the whole way through the process and gave me great advice. Six weeks later my mortgage application is being completed. From start to finish the process was made easier by the professionalism of all I came into contact with at the Progressive including the legal team. Cannot thank everyone enough or recommend them highly enough. They are superb. Fantastic team, helpful, professional and friendly.

Everything was explained clearly, all my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt confident I was getting the best advice for my situation. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Progressive and particularly Louise to anyone looking for expert guidance.

Having difficulty with logging on to electronic banking and support staff member Dean resolved the problem very readily. The issue required a callback, which Dean took the trouble to do, and although the resolution was quite simple, Dean was helpful, patient and courteous, as were the telephone 'reception' staff. This has been the case with all my interactions with Progressive, and encourages customer loyalty. Much appreciated.

We recently took a new mortgage with the progressive, we spoke to Jane Steen (Coleraine branch) she was was nothing short of AMAZING she made every step of the way so simple and easy nothing was too much!!
