Whilst consulting with Shadiya about my Hyundai HYM510SPE not being able to start, Shadiya sent me two videos, showing guidance throught the probable causes. These videos were of great assistance and in a short time the HYM510SPE was in full life.

Hyundai Petrol Roller Lawnmower HYM430SPER
Late delivery and package damaged on arrival. Packaging poor.
Contact with Hyundai Power products was reasonable and Soureshna Nabobsing (GENPOWER) sorted the spare parts quite quickly. Craig Wiles also did his best to facilitate delivery and offered to help with spare parts. The machine has an electric start which is good the back roller drives the machine efficiently and leaves stripes. Assembly was okay but could be improved by adding witness marks to the handles so they are fitted as designed. The serial number could be somewhat made clearer. Grass box is too small for this machine. Otherwise it is a good piece of kit.

Great delivery times - swift transaction. Super customer service. I was notified that the order had been received and informed when the delivery was likely given I needed the product asap and there was no option to select an earlier delivery. It arrived within 48 hours so I was delighted.

Missing Part Replaced Without Quibble
A part was missing from my lawn mower (the battery charging cable) which I didn't realise until the battery ran down and I needed to recharge it. Obviously, it's disappointing that the part was missing in the first place (hence, only 4 stars) but Jade and Rukshal handled the matter really well and sent a replacement without quibble. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters and Jade and Rukshal were excellent.
