I had real problems with my delivery…

I had real problems with my delivery from FedEx. Firstly the package did not arrive , and then it was delivered to the wrong address. I found it very easy to get through to a Customer Assistant, none of this AI nonsense.
I was dealt with by Shadiya, she was extremely supportive and assured me that she would deal with the problem. I particularly appreciated the emails keeping me updated and the fact that I was able to reply to these and was guaranteed a reply.
The problem was successfully rectified. This standard of Customer service is indeed rare, and is a breath of fresh air
Well done, keep up the good work !

Good customer service

You checked my faulty machine and Jade Shannia Canee kept me fully informed of the progress. She even went to the bother of getting the workshop to video the machine working (at my request)

Genpower

Recently purchased a Hyundai pole hedge trimmer from Genpower,dispatched by them within hours of placing the order for next day delivery by TNT accompanied by excellent communication. The five stars are for Genpower and in particular Jade Shanna Canne with whom I had several communications following the shambles of TNT’s non delivery. She was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and calming my obvious annoyance at TNT.
The package eventually arrived looking battered and bruised not next day but next week,one week to the day from ordering.
So Genpower &Jade 5 stars. TNT 0 stars

New petrol strimmer

On delivery of my new petrol strimmer, I found that somewhere in the system the box had been dropped and strimmer damaged (The connection shaft fastener). I called Genpower and reported it the same day (slightly fuming to be honest), a gentleman called Sean had me sorted within minutes and couldn't have been more helpful, replacement parts were ordered and delivered in the time Sean had said, he also kept me updated during he process !

So I now have a great strimmer all working very nicely !

Customer Service above and beyond

This a second review I am leaving for this company and Genpower Limited. Purchased a Lawnmower from them through Amazon. It developed a fault just a week or two before the 2 year warrantly ran out. Contacted them and a very helpful customer service agent, Jade, arranged for collection and repair. A week or so later they delivered it repaired. Used it once but unfortunately it broke down completely this time. I think the motor burnt as smoke came out. I contacted Jade again and even though the warranty period had well past its dead line, Jade arranged for a second collection and repair. A few days ago to my great surprise I received a brand new lawn mower replacement. So how is that for a great customer support. Thank you sincerely. I would give more stars if I could.

Hyundai Leaf blower broke after warranty expired.

My leaf blower packed up literally just days after the 3 year warranty expired, but had worked smoothly up to that point. Messaged Hyundai, via Genpower and spoke to a very helpful agent called Jade. Explained what had happened and after a few emails, explaining problem, sending images etc... she arranged to have the leaf blower replaced, which then arrived after several days. Extremely good customer service, especially as my item was just beyond its warranty. Special thanks to Jade who was extremely helpful throughout, and responded to my enquiry and subsequent emails very quickly.

Helpful and friendly staff

The box was split and I was missing a…

The box was split and I was missing a bolt that holds the handle in place. I requested a new bolt and they sent the wing nut it should attach to. I then contacted them again and they sent a grass collection bag.
I then contacted them again and I eventually got the bolt.
Wonderful !
