Had an overall great experience with Callum. Hes managed to resolve all queries I've had, and it's been smooth sailing with him.

Everything went very well leading up to the rental or our property, and has continued to go well with the Personal Agent. The only reason for 4 stars is that communication in regard to minor maintenance issues could have been clearer at the start, but this could have been misunderstanding on our part. Generally communication is very good and responsive, and we are very happy with the service they are providing.

After periodic property inspection, Charlotte Evans addressed all of my concerns promptly and ensured I am well-informed at every step. She and her team (based in Epsom) were very helpful throughout the entire process.

From the start, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. The viewing was well-organised and unhurried, allowing me to get a real feel for the place.

Callum answered all my questions clearly and honestly, and followed up promptly with any additional information I needed. I actually reached out to him a few times after for support with the referencing process and he was super helpful and quick in coming back to me. Our Agent Charlotte Evans has been absolutely stellar, from the time she came on as our liaison, door locks were fixed, blown window glasses and door glasses were replaced and she’s always responsive incase of anything.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Over valued the house by 100k compared with what it actually sold for. Did not properly assess the people who put offers in on the property, allowed time wasting from buyers. Did not progress the sale, had to chase everything ourself. And to top it all don’t charge a percentage they charge a fixed rate which puts their price point higher than all competitor agents.

I received a phone call
After posting the above review, asking if I would consider altering it or removing. They wanted to clarify they had worked hard progressing this sale, which i responded that this review does not reflect any particular person but just my experience. The pricing they are claiming is not accurate, but my house was valued at 425k and sold for 334k.

I had a great experience with this property agency; they were very efficient in helping me find a place. In particular, Callum Kirkby was extremely helpful right from the viewing stage. He did his best to answer all my questions and concerns, was always professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his support and dedication.
