I have been with Charlotte Evans more than 2 years and She is always supportive, responsive, professional and kind.

Charlotte came to inspect my house at a timely manner. She is helpful in passing our concerns or things that need to be fixed to the landlord.

I recently bought a property through the Personal Agent (Epsom) and the service was excellent from start to finish. Sarah, Ray and the rest of the team were professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Communication was always clear and timely, which really helped make what can be a stressful experience much smoother. I felt supported at every stage, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

This is my second time using The Personal Agent and once again I’ve had such a positive experience. The staff are always so kind and genuinely helpful – nothing ever feels like too much trouble. They really go out of their way to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone.

First time getting into a rental property using the personal agents and I am very happy with the whole process.
