Doesn't even deserve a star. They should be sued and shut down for their predatory and illegal practice. I had an Instagram "free shirt" promo where I only had to pay shipping. Others had a 1/2 off shirt promo. On the page of the shirt it never mentions anything about signing up for their "gear tester program".

They put a front on to illegally make money in the back with your card in which you never made a subscription to. Granted the next page offered a bonus item for $1, but if I accepted the "gift" it would enroll me in the program. I made sure not to fall for the trap, uncheck the box, and move on to the next past.

I ordered a t-shirt on special for 15.00 & 5.97 shipping, rcd T-shirt, but the charge was 29.99. This outfit is a complete scam. Plus the item was shipped by a 3rd party from Indianapolis, Indiana. Also, I cannot find info for a refund or return. It's a real scam team. I will contact other buying groups to avoid them.

Hello ! Got the same problem as the others : bought the stickers and now they are charging me 29,99 as a beta tester. I am now trying to block them of my bank account.

Unauthorized charge of 19.99. Purchased stickers for 6.95, and to be a gear beta tester. Never signed, nor agreed to a subscription for monthly stickers. Contacted my bank to dispute the transaction I never agreed to. The other side travel is a scam, and what surprises me more is the length of time theve been scamming people and they're still up and operating. Tried to call and got a answering machine saying they only communicate through E-mail now..Now here's the kicker. How can someone unsubscribe when there's no account information on their web site, to unsubscribe. Especially if you've never verbally, or electronically signed up for a subscription. SCAM.

Hubby paid for the 1 decal for $9.99 to become a gear tester. OST charged the card and sent 5 2"x3" stickers about a week later. That was fine! But THEN on 10/7 they charged the card again for $19.99 this time without authorization. Sent out 5 more stickers with receipt indicating it was for a subscription... never signed up for a subscription. Disputing with the credit card company now. Hopefully we'll get our money back!

I didn't sign up for what they keep ripping off for. Don't trust them.

I too signed up for this crap and was given a subscription to "VIP decals". What a load of crap. The decals I did purchase are pretty nifty but I dont need a damn subscription service for them.

If I could rate zero star I would. Do not sign up this is a complete subscription scam without them telling you it’s a subscription. They will say they just want to make sure that you are ready to be a beta tester by buying a decal. They are actually charging you a monthly subscription and not just a for a decal that never arrives by the way. Stay clear of this company.

As with the other reviews, I agree this is a scam and wish I would have searched on it before making a one-time decal purchase. A few weeks later I get an email that I’m in a monthly $20 subscription for decals. There was nothing in my purchase that stated I was signing up for a subscription.
Additionally, the email I got charging me for the subscription said to go to their website to discontinue the subscription, but there is absolutely NOTHING on their site to click on for that. I sent emails demanding a refund and accusing them of fraud, I also contacted my credit card, and I filed a complaint with Shopify (their payment processor). I got a refund today and a statement from them that I unfairly accused them of fraud. Not bothering to respond to them - but buyer beware. You will also end up on an email distribution list for every far-right wing militia sales website in existance.

This company is a scam! I bought a sticker to support a small company and to test their hiking gear…all I got was a t-shirt membership that I did NOT sign up for charging 29.95 a month for a poor quality t-shirt that is too big. I can’t get in touch with anyone. Phone calls, emails, left messages…no one will get back to me. Has anyone had luck canceling this?

Same as every other beta tester. Spent 20 dollars on a few stickers and now I just got a bill about it being monthly which I never agreed to. The items they offer can be found cheaper on Amazon and they spam the ever living hell out of your email with garbage items.

It never even occurred to me that this would be a scam, but of course I would sign up for one. I'm usually so careful!!! I ordered and received my stickers, even got one of the t-shirts because I, like someone else mentions, thought I was supporting a small start-up and I love hiking and backpacking. I even ordered a few of the test products where the S&H wasn't too high and were things I thought I would get use out of. Then all of a sudden, there are 3 separate charges on my account, one for $39.93, then one for $129.87 and then another one for $59.83. I am disputing the charges and have cancelled my debit card used for all the purchases, but like everyone else has said, no one is responding to my emails. I came looking to see if this was a scam and was led to this site. Something else that I noticed after reading all of these warning reviews is that someone mentioned that the guy emailing them was named "Jim", my guy is named "Chris"! Just wonderful. This company has left my bank account in overdraft at almost double what they stole from me because of overdraft fees. I'm pissed.

SCAM. I bought the stickers (at 1/2 price) to get into the beta test program,and they subscribed me to some bogus “VIP” monthly club thing that I DID NOT ASK to be subscribed to. I have sent them a half dozen emails and called a couple times, and nobody has responded. But I continue to get the same automatic mails peddling their cheap surplus junk. Initially I wanted to support a small start up, but these guys are not that. They are pure scam. Stay away from them.

Same experience as everyone else. Has anyone found a away to unsubscribe?? I was never asked to sign up for a monthly VIP club. This is stealing peoples money. Need to find away to keep this money from coming out of my account. If you found a way, please let me know!

Signed up to be a beta tester, paid for stickers (which was fine) but somehow ended up with a $147 charge for a lifetime membership!!??? Never brought me to a check out screen for said membership, I never hit any "I agree" buttons or anything. They won't return my calls or emails.

Some how I ended up with a $20 a month decal membership. No way to log in and cancel it, No response to communication so far.

Are you fecking kidding me? $20 a month that I didn't know about FOR FECKING STICKERS? No. Trash. Don't use. The stickers are ok, but the fecking "free stuff" isn't free. They get ok products, overhype and over price them then say you get it free, just pay the $50, you don't get to eat lunch till your next paycheck, shipping. I know I'm poor, but this would have been great for a homeless person, if they weren't trying to feck the consumer. I hate you.

So I signed up then read up on them being a scam haven't got my sticker yet but it's only been a couple days but I did send them an email telling them what I had read this is there response they responded pretty fast by the way never mind was going to put the email but chrome won't let me but they said they were an upcoming wholesale to public cut out the middle man company and they were going to start small headlamps and fire starters stuff like that but u would have to pay shipping so figured I would put it out there but still leary make ur own decision will update

Sham, bought a sticker to be able to be a beta tester. They say the product is free but you pay for it with shipping. Now they are charging me a monthly 19.95 fee? I cannot get anyone to answer or email me back.
