Keycaps arrived timely, quality of the keycaps are great!

Very happy with the key caps, love the designs, great build and print quality, would 100% buy more key caps.

The keyboard and keycaps arrived in good condition and felt high quality. The delivery time was about 2 weeks as expected. However i wish i they could add the expected delivery time and keyboard user manual on their website since i spent nearly half an hour trying to figure out how to make it work. Customer service was a great help and are great to deal with. Overall i can recommend Thekapco.

Preordered Mai keycap set after seeing their ad on FB as I really like how the theme integrates into the design so the board wouldn’t be too messy.
Package arrived swiftly after being released. The keycaps look even better in person, the quality was a pleasant surprise, they made my keeb sound nicer despite using the same switches (oil kings are so good btw). Another surprise was the desk mat included as a preorder bonus. They did ask me if I wanted to upgrade the desk mat to a bigger size but I was content with getting freebies already. So imagine my delight when the keycap package came wrapped around and around with their largest size desk mat.
I contacted thekapco via IG several times after ordering, and they were quite helpful and quick to response, which makes for an enjoyable online buying experience.

I never got my order and I never seen it or never went in my direction it was entered as returned after 1 day it was in my city and I already emailed the sales and nothing yet and went to the website and they said email them again and nothing

I won a giveaway with @thekapco and @_serotinous on instagram winning a spy family, anya, keycap set. The keycaps are very good quality and the clicks are so satisfying. It goes really well with my setup and i will be buying from thekapco in the future!

I bought the "Bocchi The Rock!" keycap set for my mechanical keyboard and it feels so nice, I mean the quality was just unexpectedly good! The ordering experience and customer support staff are legends. Only downside is the shipping as it will get held in customs for about a day or two if you are in the US. Other than that these keycaps look great and feel amazing.

The keyboard is a must. The clicks are very satisfying, and the build quality is a solid 10/10. I've owned several different brands of keyboards, and im staying with Thekapco.

Got to say these key caps are exactly what I was looking for to upgrade my gaming setup and I love them so much. All the detailed craftsmanship that was put into their key caps is absolutely breathtaking!

The keycaps are super cute and well made. They feel nice and soft! They have keyboards too, but if it is out of your budget, the keycaps fit any mechanical keyboard with the plus sign looking switch. I ordered 4 sets and got a bulk discount and 2 free desk mats. They give free stickers with the anime sets also. Shipping didn't take as long as I thought it would coming from another country. 100% would recommend. **customer service is also great and respond quickly. (If you are in America expect responses at night when it is daytime in Asia)

To be honest, I didn't need these Caps or the other ones I purchased in the past (Still in perfect condition). I did however decided that I'm such a weeb that I wanted these more then I didn't. With that being said, these are quality Key Caps. The detail on the pri t is really good and the feel is smooth as well. The packaging could be better, the tap on the outside keeps the whole thing together and safe in shipping. But as soon as you open it you see the key caps wrapped in bubble wrap which us also tapped. Here's where the issue lies. The key caps plastic holder is only held together by thin pieces of tap that don't hold it all together so as soon as you free them from the bubble wrap, if you aren't careful might lose some key caps to gravity. Is it a major issue no, I'm just stupid and suck at unwrapping things. With that being said, they are well protected, have a nice cap remover tool and even allows you to store your old caps in the holder so you don't lose them. The only complaints so far above are personal preference things. Beyond those these caps are perfect. I will say the shipping delivery times could be better, but at the end of the day, they are faster, friendlier, more reliable and better quality then many other places and for that I trust them with continued purchases that I don't need but really want.

Board and keycaps just arrived and they look amazing. The setup was also very easy.

Ordering and confirming the free mousepad was easy and they were very responsive. Shipping also went smoothly and didn’t have to pay any extra duties which is amazing.

Lots of choices for new keycaps. I got mine with a promo for a free deskmat/mouse pad so it was a good value. Keys are a good thick plastic and the imaging looks great, this isn't some cheap product. I have 2 criticisms. When pre-ordering a product there was no release window. And 2nd, they offer several alternate sized keys for different keyboards which is awesome, but I have wide ctrl keys and a wide alt key, and there were no extra wide keys for those. I can still use what is included but I have a slight gap between some keys now.
Overall an awesome product.

The customer service was great. Staff was responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. The item arrived as described and the keycaps and keyboard are high quality. Highly reccomend!
