I love my keycaps they look great and sound really good with my board.

The quality of the keycaps and the customer service is top-notch! I am really happy that I bought my first anime themed keycap set from this shop!

Pre-Ordered my zero two keycaps on 29th July and received in good condition on 25th August. Product good quality and graphic prints are clear.

they took over a week to ship out my keyboard, and I emailed them multiple times about a specific question that they completely ignored. i don’t even have my caps yet but i can tell you that i won’t use this site again, with this level of customer service

The Luffy key caps I bought for my sister in law's custom keyboard looked amazing! So far, I haven't had to deal with customer support, but so far, everything is pretty good. I definitely recommend this company and will buy from them again.

The shipping company lost my package during shipment but TheKapco promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent

Keycaps looked nice and fit exactly onto my board. But , I paid roughly 80 dollars and they shipped them in a freaking plastic jar. At least package it better laid out nicely in a box.

Beautiful product! I got the Marin keycaps and the wrist rest from them and it came in beautiful. The pink colour is really great and Marins are cute. One improvement if any would be to have the print on all 5 sides.
Overall, thank you for making my first mechanical keyboard and amazing one!

The 5 star reviews are fake, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! You have been warned. This company is a scam. They sell crappy low res art a disappointing products. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You email them for a status update of an order, they will reply maybe once if you’re lucky and then you will never hear from them again. All the while they’ll still keep the money you spent with no chance of getting a refund. STAY AWAY. Fake company. Better quality, better priced, better customer service and reliability else were. The kapco is trash 🤢

I ordered a keyboard, custom kaps, custom mouse pad, and a custom wrist rest and it all came out great! Highly recommend getting something from them!

The keycaps have a nice texture and they look as good as they do in the photos.
The customer support was amazing as well. They helped me work through every concern and issue I had. The person I worked with even stayed up late to help solve my issue.

I really like the design. Although it took a while to start the shipping process, the delivery was surprisingly fast once it was underway.

What can I say but utter disappointment, I have purchased a keyboard that costs $188 or £153 which is a huge investment; to my surprise my keyboard never turned up nor have I received any tracking/shipment information regarding my order.

Straightforward in terms of ordering and payment. There was no shipping information prior to purchase. Shipping took longer than expected (3 weeks) but package arrived with all the items.

Purchased a mousepad and keyboard set. They keyboard is fine but the mousepad is terrible. The image quality is horrible, you can see the jagged edges on the image. Especially a mouse pad that they charge $100AUD for.

Shipping time was awful took more then the maximum 4 week period to ship my item and missed my brothers birthday because of it even ordering ahead of time to anticipe the longer shipping time.

The image used for the mousemat was in a terrible resolution. It does not look good.

purchased keyboard around a month and a half (play65%). Keyboard stopped charging and working. Tried to contact the company to help but all I received was follow the manual and turning my keyboard on and off. They utilize REASON keyboard (can be purchased 50-60$ on amazon) and is selling it 2-3 times the price. Strongly recommend people not to purchase from this dog of a company.
