I took out an IVA with them and I wish I had not. I contacted them after having it for a year as I had fraud committed on my bank. They said don’t worry we can add the missed payment to the end of your IVA so i stopped stressing. That was the 1st September it’s now the 17th October and I have had 267 calls from them. I have asked to speak to a manager 64 times and get told they will call you.
I spoke to them this morning and the person told me we will carry on calling till you make the payment WTF.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I was in alot of debt and buried my head in the sand and for the first time I felt that I was being listened to and not being judged. I highly recommend this company.
