Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Haven’t received my order yet, I can’t comment on the fish. I ordered the assortment of 2” discus. I have ordered these before and have never had a DOA. I have one in my last order that was about 1”. Not much bigger than a quarter but he’s holding his own in the 150 with several other 2-7”.

Out of my order of 50 Neon Tetras

Out of my order of 50 Neon Tetras, four were DOA. However, I lost roughly 34 within the next two days. I have had aquariums for over 30 years and acclimate my fish properly into a "hospital tank" and have never lost fish even remotely in this quantity. I ordered 50 neons two years ago from another provide and have only lost 4 in two years. Of the ten Lemon Tetras, there are only three left with the first 7 dying in under 3 days. Very odd.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the Neon and Lemon Tetras. That’s definitely not the kind of outcome we want for anyone, especially someone with your level of experience in the hobby.

All of our fish go through a full quarantine process and are carefully packed for overnight travel, but sometimes small schooling fish like Neons and Lemons can be extra sensitive to the stress of shipping or temperature changes along the way. Even when everything’s done right, delayed losses can unfortunately happen.

If you’d reached out when you first noticed the issue, we would’ve been happy to help troubleshoot and see what might’ve gone wrong. If you still have photos from within 24 hours of delivery, feel free to send them our way and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Tough little goldfish

My goldfish arrived safely and I followed the instructions to the letter to acclimate them to their new home, a garden pond with a waterfall down to a second pond. All was well until some of them found a gap and tumbled down the five foot rock waterfall to the bottom pool. Now, some three weeks later, though battered, bruised and possibly traumatized for life, all have survived, and are swimming around happily and coming up at feeding time. The remaining fish in the upper pond have been transferred (more gently this time, with a net and a bucket) to join their buddies in the bottom pool. My fault entirely, but these are some tough, healthy little critters. Lesson learned.

The fish all arrived fast

The fish all arrived fast. They were all healthy and exhibited no signs of disease. The packaging was phenomenal. This is my second purchase with IFish and I will definitely be buying more. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

MILLON STAR COMOANY....

This company is awesome! Their website is super easy to use, and they have tons of info on how to take care of your fish. Plus, the shipping box was really secure. They totally know their stuff. I'm ordering all my fish from the IFish Store from now on. I'd give them a million stars if I could!

Not great

I ordered 14 fish 2.5 discus and they came
Nicely packed but they were cold even though I called and asked them to put heat packs it really only kept it at about 77° Max
And small fish don't do well being cold so I lost 7 out of the 14 and the ones that are still living there's only five that I'd be willing to put in my fish tank the others have issues
I'm very well versed and caring for fish I owned Clearwater Aquarium for many years before selling it I'm not new and this order was not right keeping the fish at temperature is absolutely crucial and their little put together styrofoam box really did not hold the heat for heat packs would be a minimum for a box of discus that need to stay at 85° or at least close to it
I sent pictures of my dead fish they were so small and anemic they should have been willing to replace those I said I would pay for shipping
And I called and talked to them before they even sent this order out telling them this is a very special order for me
I have a state-of-the-art fish tank and quarantine system setup and ready
I have bought from Myrtle Beach and never had a problem they didn't have the sizes I wanted this time so I thought I would try iFish
I will not be making that mistake again!
I gave them more stars than they deserve 2 star really should be
I sent pictures I did everything they wanted me to with no helpful replies at all just accusations that I must have done something wrong because they don't have this problem actually they do they have bad reviews that's why I called to make sure but nope that didn't work

All the fish I have purchased from…

All the fish I have purchased from IFish have been delivered healthy and are doing great both in my tanks in New York and Florida the one time I had a problem with one fish there staff took care of the problem immediately would recommend them highly to anyone looking for Quality fish at a great price

Everything was excellent

Everything was excellent. The two blue turquoise discus I ordered arrived in perfect condition. They acclimated quickly in my tank with 5 other juvenile discus even though they were smaller. The two seem to always be by each other's side although one dominates the other. Their colors are slightly different so I can easily tell them apart. They are so much fun to watch and are already growing. I could not be more pleased with the discus I have purchased from the fish store. You cannot go wrong here.
