Wrong filters delivered, emailed no reply. Telephoned and was sent a returns label, but no refund or correct delivery.
Have subsequently received email & online communication saying they will refund if I send the filters back, which I have already done.
Can’t get through on the phone either.

Wish I had read reviews before buying a fridge filter for my fridge , ordered in August and still not received them , as previous customers have said no one answers the phone and email no replies . Has anyone taken this further to get refunds??

Ordered two filters at a cost of £152 on August 21st. Have not received my order. Cannot get in touch with them - don't answer the phone. Have not replied to my email. No response via 'live chat'.

I ordered from this company last year and the filter didn't fit my fridge. I called to return it and was eventually sent a return label. I returned the item but one year on am still waiting for a refund. I immediately cancelled my subscription but they continue to charge me every six months despite my emailing them each time asking them to stop. As many other reviewers have said, this is a cowboy outfit operating fraudulent practices and they should be closed down immediately. I have notified my bank who will be conducting a review. Unfortunately TrustPilot doesn't allow for zero star reviews otherwise this is what I would have given

I placed an order by phone on 22 July as there was a 'temporary' IT problem accessing my online account. They took my £49.99 and that was the last i heard from them, not even an email confirmation as they have always done. It is impossible to contact them by telephone as they do not answer and state that you cannot leave a message. Emails and 'chats' dont work either as they keep asking for more details which i have supplied. Meanwhile they continue to send marketing material to the same email address they have always used for me.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY and losing your money like me. Not that i am dropping the matter as i am now forced to decide what legal action i need to to take.

This company is a scam. I received only half of my order so, after being told time after time that the other half of my order was being sent (which never arrived), I contacted my credit card company. These scammers disputed it and even provided Natwest with tracking information for the half of the order they did send. They are thieves. I am still pursuing my dispute but will also ensure social media is flooded with the truth about this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My experience unfortunately is the same as others, being supplied filters that don’t fit, the company being uncontactable by any method, continuing to take an annual subscription when advised in writing numerous times to cancel it would all seem to be standard fraudulent practise of this business.

Never use this company, I took out a 6 monthly subscription for a fridge filter, changed the fridge but haven’t been able to cancel the subscription, they never answer phone or emails and answer machine is always full, I believe they are acting fraudulently!! I’ve tried with my bank but because it’s not a standing order or direct debit, it’s complicated, but I’ll sort it tomorrow once and for all! Please please don’t deal with this company!!

Ordered 2 filters to save money.
Only received one.
No communication. Left messages.
Never deal with this company.
Now going through credit card protection.
There should be a law to stop advertising like this.

This company is a complete disaster, do not place an order, you will lose your money, no way to contact by phone, they don’t reply to emails, unbelievable really in todays business world. Enough said, be warned.🤬

Ordered a water filter 6months ago... no communication after numerous emails sent only received it today... worst company ever. Do not recommend

ordered a filter felt pressured into ordering 2nd one for a reduced price, and only received one. I tried to phone them, but their inbox is always full, I contacted them on web chat 6 times so far, and I have still not received a refund or 2nd product.

I am kicking myself that I didn't read the trust pilot reviews before I bought from this company. An absolutely terrible experience. The fridge filters sent were not the ones that I needed in spite of putting the machine model in to check and they didn't fit the machine. Emails were met with stony silence for ages. I eventually did receive a response with a prepaid label to return the filters but the filters were never refunded. It is no surprise emails since have yet again been ignored. I struggle to see how this organisation can still be in business. There are lots of other suppliers you could use....I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.

This company should be shut down. What ever you do please do not purchase an item or give bank details. I cancelled my subscription back in 2021 and I still recive the product after they have taken my money to this day. I have managed to get a refund from my bank for the last two instances and I thought that would be the end but unfortunatly this does not appear to be the case. Avoid at all costs

I have a 6 monthly subscription for a water filter which I no longer require. I have emailed several times tried the online chat and made phone calls which no one answers and I can’t leave a message as mail box is full. I can’t cancel this subscription and they keep taken the money. I am now dealing with my bank to sort out which is not easy because of the
way the money comes out. I would avoid this company at all costs

Filters received are not authentic parts - they are fake.
I have been unable to contact them (email - no reply; telephone - unanswered and their mailbox is full - presumably complaints).
Wish I had seen all the Trustpilot reviews before ordering!

I purchased two fridge filters for my Samsung fridge. The first fitted ok but when I tried to replace it after 4 months with the second filter I received it leaked profusely. Re-fitting the removed filter stopped the leak, I went through this process at least half a dozen times with the same outcome - the second filter leaked profusely. I could not get through to their helpline because it said the voice mailbox was full. Went on a chat - despite sending them a photo of the defective (leaking) filter (as they requested) and promising to 'elevate this to my manager' to get a replacement I've run out of patience trying to get them to send a replacement filter for the defective one they delivered. Do not use this company - their customer relations is non-existent.

Purchased a replacement filter for my Samsung fridge it was advertised as Samsung original but is 100% a fake! Didn’t fit properly or have any documentation with it. The label on the filter got wet and the ink ran on contact 👎. Ordered another filter direct from Samsung and it fits like a glove and has a magnetic strip in the box to prove it’s authentic.

They took over a month to send a fridge filter and then they sent the wrong one. Also they didn’t send a refund form as claimed on the website so I incurred wasted postage returning it. Their answering machine was full when I phoned to complain. If it were possible I’d give zero stars. Really how hard is it to send the right filter promptly or simply reply that they’re not in stock and don’t take a payment.
