The Guys keep me well informed of the status of my claims, they give my plenty of information regarding any appeals etc; and likely time scales and amounts that may be likely to be achieved.

Claims Guys have been fine but very slow drawn out process....... don't know if/when ??!! any compensation will appear

The wait for compensation is far too long ,it might be better if I go direct to the people direct ,unless I get some movement sooner rather than later, please advise.
