DISAPPOINTED WITH PROCEDURES
Yet another request for ID
At the beginning of this process I was willing to go ahead but as time went on I got fed up with all the requests for ID etc. I did email to CANCEL any claim but I am still getting emails. I am so fed up sending ID from different Law firms. I would have preferred that ONE Company (The Claim Guys) took it on board to deal with all aspects of the claim as I am getting confused with the different firms. PLEASE CANCEL ALL CLAIMS

Why is this taking so so long to sort out it’s ridiculous!!

I can as yet not give a final review of your service in this matter. It has been very drawn out and the outcome is still unknown. I would hope to be asked to review on settlement of my claims.
I did send e mails with queries which did not bring replies on which I was a little disappointed.

It has been a long time since my application and understand the reasons, so l have been happy to leave it all in the hands of The Claim guys Legal always waiting for their updates.

Been told this would be a quick process a few months to be sorted and this has dragged on for over a year now with constant emails saying we are still dealing with this process yet I’ve had friends and family going through their claim and completed within 6months will not be recommending to do this for anyone.

The Guys keep me well informed of the status of my claims, they give my plenty of information regarding any appeals etc; and likely time scales and amounts that may be likely to be achieved.
I would strongly recommend their service.

The claim guys legal team, have been brilliant from the start till present as the case is still on going, the communication has been fantastic letting you know every step of the way and keeping me informed with decisions etc. they have worked extremely hard in resolving this matter. How long is it taking you having been promised a much shorter timescale with other agents promising a better and quicker outcome than this....I feel no nearer to any result and then you want to take a huge slice yourself...please earn your slice !!!!
