Hi I thank you for your Representation regarding my claims.
My claims are in connection with Black Horse Finance & KIA Finance, I have provided you with Copied Bank statement regarding Black horse Date of Purchase where I got it from etc unfortunately I did not have available the Agreement number. The other live claim I have is with Kia Finance I have provided you with Date & Time of purchase Agreement Number & payment receipts.
I’m not sure who has taken over these over the years.
You keep sending me emails to proof of sign etc.
Sometimes all I want is you to acknowledge that you have all the information I have sent to you.
Why can you not contact the claimant & at least acknowledge that you have the information I have sent to you.
Most importantly you have no way of contacting you which is completely unfair & confusing to me.
I do hope you read this comment & if possible acknowledge this in some other way other than just asking for signatures.
They both took Money of me for years & I was never advised of any other payments I was making other than car payments.
They were both culpable of illicit payments I was & did not have to pay.
Just please Acknowledge this Thank you.
