I would have rated this zero stars if I could. Once you send the battery in they inform you it’s £45 to take a look at it, even though this is never mentioned during communication before hand. The repair cost (if they can repair it) is then £85 - £220 making most tool batteries way beyond economical repair. Then you are stung with postage costs AND labour to ship the battery back. A total waste of time and postage costs

I have sent this business a lithium battery for my e-bike. They took days to repair, they repaired it to a non-working condition, they denied me any kind of warranty on their, they denied me an evidence video that it was repaired properly prior to dispatch. They made me pay £95 including shipping for no benefit whatsoever. Highly unrecommended.
