What an amazing company
What an amazing company. Recently contacted them for some engraved glasses. They turned the order round within 3 days and the glasses arrived in time, well packaged and were fabulous.

Item never received & 0 communication
Item ordered for 60th birthday present & royal mail stated delivered (and shown on royal mail website to another address which was not the delivery address).
Tried to contact customer services in multiple different ways and no reply whatsoever

I have replied to your email at the start of the week with full tracking info which shows the item as delivered with a map of scanned delivery location alongside delivery coordinates, both matching your provided address.
I have also advised this could have been left in a 'safe place' but stated if you are sure this has not been delivered I will of course refund in full. I have not heard back from you regarding this but still happy to sort via email if you can get back in touch. Thanks.

Damaged gin glass replaced free of charge
The engraved gin glass that I ordered as a birthday present arrived damaged - through no fault of the-engraved-gift-workshop, since the gin glass was well wrapped. I notified them of this tragedy - and they immediately offered to replace the gin glass, free of charge. An EXTREMELY well wrapped gin glass has just arrived. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
