Very good quality tools
Very good quality tools (I bought a set of bead reamers). It took a while to get here but I think that was mostly due to Royal Mail.

Just what I needed.
Came much sooner than expected. Just what I needed in black to string a lapis bracelet. Very difficult to find on the market but makes all the difference in this particular case. Thanks for supplying it.

Efficient service
I spent a long time browsing the site and found it easy to use and to place my order on. The items I chose were delivered swiftly, earlier than the predicted time. I was pleased with the glass beads which are as illustrated on the site and all arrived in good condition.

Great beads and an efficient service
For my projects the Preciosa 10/0 beads are brilliant to work with and you offer a good selection of colours and the quality of the beads is consistent, a couple were out of stock but that just shows they are popular. Delivery was quick so all in all a good experience and would recommend to friends
