Scissors for Metal
I ordered metal scisdors but received curtain tape! Swiftly rectified after a brief email exchange. The scisdors are effective for cutting a light copper metal sheet for crafting purposes

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear the beads weren’t quite the size you were expecting. For clarity, the measurements for all of our products are listed in both the title and the product description to help customers choose the right fit for their project.
That said, we’re pleased to hear you were happy with the packaging and delivery time, and we’re glad the beads can still be put to good use in your crafting.
Reliable and good service.
Very reasonable prices in the current U.K climate.

Excellent customer care.
I had a problem placing my order through the website and ended up with a duplicate order and payment and an uncleared basket. I contacted the company who responded quickly, resolved the issue, refunded the overpayment and promptly dispatched the correct order. I was impressed with this level of customer care and have successfully placed further orders. I am very happy with the products supplied.
