I ordered 8dining chairs .The ordering and delivery of the chairs was excellent. They arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately for us, they were not quite right for our disabled son. We had to send them back.
It was a very good service, they arranged the collection and refund was no fuss. Highly recommend them.

Great service and we love our purchase. The furniture is good quality and well packaged. I was not expecting a pallette delivery to mean our delivery meant the furniture was left on the doorstep on a pallette though.

We are sorry to hear that you have a frustrating experience with the carrier. We did send a text message to the mobile number provided on your order on the day your order was dispatched notifying you of the delivery method and also giving you the opportunity to change the method of delivery if needed. We will always try our best to accommodate the needs of our customers if made aware.
We use a pallet delivery for our larger items as this avoids over handling of the goods and minimises the risk of items being damaged in transit.
