Their communication was great and when the parcel didnt arrive when expected, customer services were excellent in logging the problem and chasing it down, it arrived the next day.

I was not at home
I was not at home when delivery attempt was made so item was taken to local shop for me to collect from.
Shopkeeper asked for driving license or passport as proof of id.
I do not have either so shopkeeper said package has to be sent back.
I had good communications from company when I called them regarding both purchase then delivery issue.
Received a full refund from Test Meter Group.
