Initially delivery time was good for me but when ordered and payed for it turned out that it was out of stock. It was a problem as I was in a tight time schedule to get work done. I phoned test meter. Apologies we're received. But, then the equipment turned up even quicker than was originally cited on the website. So somebody from Test meter must has rushed delivery through for me. For which I am very grateful as I did not then have to rearrange work for a team, which would have been difficult. So thankyou

Good experience overall
There was a problem with Megger production on a solar testing kit, resulting in delayed delivery time. Test meter sorted me out with a different brand, and threw in some extra bits to make up for the business issues it caused at my end. Overall a good experience. I will use them again.

Did everything right, even upgraded my delivery to next day. Problem is it's been with dpd since. Delivery driver retending to be at my house with bogus blank pictures. Not test meters fault

test meter delivered on time next day. only thing is they promoted a free gift, a voltage continuity tester they don't tell you your not getting it as they are out of stock this is trivial but it all counts if your advertising this then it should come with it not sorry were out of stock then you should say this on check out.

recently purchased a tester from Fluke Corporation, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations.
