Tesco pharmacy
Tesco pharmacy
I am disgusted I have to travel to the back of a Tesco supermarket to go to the pharmacy
When ill it is awful needing to navigate through a supermarket
Especially in the heights of Covid
Now I will only ever use an onlline pharmacist
but occasionally my stupid doctors sends it to Tesco's
and it is quite traumatic experience when ill in dealing with the crowds give it a couple of days and I reckon in a comedown's Covid for how close some of them people getting to me
Your pharmacy needs a Window to the outside
like a McDonald's drive-through
Tesco's racially provoked my child
Hi all a very sad event took place my daughter went to Tesco shop in Halifax UK as she was working at a festival in that area. So she was camping with the rest of the staff. She has never been to this part of the world. She really wanted to visit. To cut a long story shorter she was walking around shopping get her groceries. She Was followed. Then when she got to self service check out harassed. which by what was said it was a racist attack on my daughter. I bought it up to the CEO secretary who tries to give me a response that made no sense and in fact tried to brush matters under the carpet and pretend it was my daughter. My daughter has a clean record polite young lady a graduate from university with a Ist which she studied Law. She is a up coming artist who is all over social media. Who works in community projects.
Rightful so my daughter spoke to a manager he was so rude and told my daughter to get out of there shop after being racial targeted. They try to accuse her of stealing to find that was not the case later and they made a mistake. This was not the case so I asked for the footage from camera they still have not sent it. I then done some research. I found out that a staff member complained about the same racist attacks on customers. I am disappointed in the response from Tesco and how poorly they treat their customers.
Person 1) Take a look at a conversation that two colleagues
are having on social media about Tesco
Since when have Tesco decided racism and bullying/terrorising customers constantly, acceptable!?
Both reported to the store and head office, nothing done and still happens
Person 2) Well no because no action was taken
We have a multicultural work force and racism and bullying is not tolerated. Have you spoken to the store manager? If you have no joy there ask him for the regional managers number. Another option is protector line. Ring them and believe me something will happen.
Person 1)I reported it to the store manager on several occasions and it seems it’s getting brushed under the carpet. Research it online or I will send links to any one who would like to see it on line.
This is a serious matter and it won't be addressed well then I need to make the public aware that they can not provide me with food if they are racially attacking customers.. We
won't tolerate racism at any level!!! As they have decided to take no responsibility we are going to take action against Tesco. I will no longer shop there!!! Please be aware as Tesco have a responsibility to provide good customer service with No Racist provoke attacks!
Please bring back your cafe in Tescos Friern Barnet
I used to shop here when I was younger in Friern Barnet when they used to have their cafe. Please could you bring back your old cafe it was so nice. I remember getting a vegetarian breakfast every Saturday/Sunday where you could choose any 6 items for only £1.50 or thereabouts. It was absolutely brilliant and your vege sausages were so delicious. You used to serve mashed potato too which was so yummy.
Gotta love Tesco stores
Gotta love Tesco stores, it's so convenient and its price is reasonable. their products are up to standards. Big store have everything you need and small stores are everywhere. thumbs up.
TESCO FUEL - OVERCHARGED BY £40.
TESCO FUEL: Used Pay at Pump at Colchester (Hythe) store and was charged over £80 for £40 of fuel.
It was only when checking our bank statement a few days later did this mistake come to light.
I explained to Customer Services that it is not physically possible to put £80 worth of fuel in my car as this actually exceeds (by quite a large amount) the capacity of the fuel tank.
Also, my car was around 1/4 full at the time.
Tesco wont accept this, but can’t offer any rational explanation.
I even offered then manufacturer’s data to prove the tank capacity, which they dismissed out of hand.
To aggravate matters, the receipt automatically issued at the pump was for a previous customer, but coincidently was for £40 so at the time I didn’t spot the error.
None of this is my fault - Tesco won’t accept their error, and clearly don’t believe me, which is most difficult to accept.
Tesco now have £40 of my money which they refuse to return.
I never thought I would experience such dreadful customer services from Tesco, a company which we have supported for nearly fifty years.
Upset a few staff over a miss…
Upset a few staff over a miss understanding in my local branch which it took a few months to sort out alot of efforts from me a year on and i feel I'm still being watched by afew staff when I go in this I feed back to the local managers nothing happened other than I was being watched again and it creating a hostile environment
Well it is now weeks not hours or days…
Well it is now weeks not hours or days since trying to get Tesco to respond regarding there misrepresentation of putting 500ml bottles of Peroni on the shelves in place of the 620ml bottles they clearly stated in there promotion.
It's clear to me Tesco just don't care and believe breaking the law while ripping off there customers is a fare way to do business.
It's the principal of selling 500ml bottles rather than the 620ml bottles ripping all there customers off by short changing each customer by 120ml each bottle purchased.
So let's get together and check other products to see what else they are miss selling.
We all know the products are getting smaller but sold at the original price so it looks a bargain. Chocolates in a tin are smaller.
Cadbury flakes are around 2inches smaller than they were 5 years ago.
Christmas boxes of Roses and other products are in what looks like the same size tin but compare the weight not the size.
It's not just Tesco it's every supermarket getting away with it.
Tesco explain to the Trading Standards office why you are misleading your customers or contact me like you have promised your store management team you have done.
An exstreamly angree soon to be ex customer
DON'T shop here they r all nasty staff…
DON'T shop here they r all nasty staff even don't trust or believe their customers as they tried it with me accusing me of stealing tobaccothat I didn't give the cashier the money when I did and in the end he was found guilty of putting the cash of £20 in his pocket
Avoid Tesco Craigmarloch, Cumbernauld
Went to Tesco, Craigmarloch, Cumbernauld. Spoke to the Store Manager about a glazier parking in an accessible parking bay which was clearly designated. Store manager was extremely rude and even shouted after me that he was looking forward to receiving my complaint. WOW!!! Customer service leaves an awful lot to be desired. Think this is one of the most ignorant and cheeky people I have spoken to in this store. Have contacted Tesco customer services, the person I spoke to was really nice and seemed to take my complaint seriously. However, have not heard back yet.
I am a very happy with the Tesco shop
I am a very happy with the Tesco shop. THey make very nice ice cream. The people good are.
Happy man.
Shameless Profiteering …
Like 8 million other people in this country, I live alone. I wrote to Customer Services asking why I could not buy a single doughnut - they come in packs of 4. (The least I could buy of any bakery product was 2 in a pack). I was assured that I should just ask at the bakery section. I did - and was told I couldn’t just have one “because of Covid”. Ridiculous! Other supermarkets manage to put a single item into a bag. Tesco are profiteering and encouraging obesity and food waste.
Two weeks in a row now my order is wrong
Two weeks in a row now my order is wrong, this week they left 4 things on the van .we phoned them with in 5 minutes of him leaving, only to be told the driver left them on the van, he was doing his last drop and could not come back . This is bad service and for a supermarket like this is so bad . Get your it together tesco before people leave

I find the staff at the tesco canal…
I find the staff at the tesco canal road, braford store really pleasent and friendly. The store has lots of choice of alsorts of things and the prices are good value.
Disgusting human beings.
Disgusting human beings.
Discrimination against mental health, invisible illnesses.
I have been refused entry into the store for not providing personal medical information...
This caused me to go over 2 weeks with no food due to my mental health being affected and believing I could no longer go into ANY store!
I was hassled over a basket the last time I was there!
There was a huge fuss over me taking a basket out to car park and emptying the contents into my van.
They wanted me to buy bags that I didn't want or need.
Went and told security to not let me outside with the basket.
In the end, after a huge commotion where I was repeatedly talked at by the cashier about the basket, all eyes in the store being diverted, straight towards the guy with bad anxiety that normally keeps him behind closed doors, I left my shopping on the conveyor belt and stormed off to get a £1 from my van to put in a trolley and I still had the checkout woman give me a load of hassle about buying new baskets because customers left them in the car park.
I told her that you'd only have to bring them back inside and I always leave my basket on top of the trolleys so they get wheeled back to the store and I've never been stopped or never had a problem until this supervisor asked can I give her my basket for another customer (to which I replied, I was going to take it out with me as I have big drum pots, for my shopping, in my van that I can't bring into the store).
No! We have to buy new ones if they left in car park!
She was on repeat and so was I (bring them back inside) until I walked off with my shopping while telling her to talk sense.
Last I heard her shout as I walked away was... oh shut up!
Im sick of the discrimination.
I wasn't able to get socks or towels after my dog chewed mine. I was stopped and had them taken off me!!
I wasn't able to get a funeral suit!!!...
But, my friend went there to get his funeral suit.. no problems, they even helped him.. come with me my darling!
The woman who gave me lip about the basket, was taking her sweet time serving me, while talking to the woman customer as she served her a pile of clothes!!!
Why can't I get things I need but they can!!
Funny thing is.. they wore a mask while getting looked after!!
I did not!!!
Pure discrimination!!!
Tesco.
You win!
I'm never going to shop in your stores again!!!
Positive support and able to book slots when needed
During this locks down Tescos has helped me get the day to day essentials (even the impossible toilet roll!). If I have had any issues they are do address mistakes via telephone and follow through even during these odd times. Generally, the drivers are very polite and helpful. Though being based in the city maybe this explains variation in the reviews on this site.
Great Customer Service
Sent an email to head office as there was a plastic item in one of the food jars, lady called in 48 hours asking to take product to store , back good customer service apologised for inconvenience and said I would hear back from HO. 2 days later lady called apologised and said investigation into why occurred with supplier and offered a voucher as goodwill. We are very quick to put bad reviews on but fair play when the service is good we should shout about it too, Only fair. Unlike some retailers who send you a reply on here but then don’t contact you.. but not Tesco’s... very well done and thank you...
