Absolutely rubbish, ordered on line to be delivered to house, sent the picture of what me daughter wanted for her locket, photos arrived a few days late, the head on all the pictures was not on the pics and no e to fit a locket, will never use this rubbish service again, better off going to your local post office !!!

Awful, ordered 6 Jan, chased once on the phone and was told it hadn't arrived yet, its now the 20th so 2 weeks and nothing. Can't even be bother to try calling again as it's so hard to get through. £13 wasted I assume.

Delivery was quick, couple of days..
Unfortunately the picture had bits of wood on it that had been laminated on top so stuck in. Bit disappointed , wouldn’t recommend as a gift.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered & paid online to collect at Isleworth branch, same day, as advertised. I checked opening hours before going. Arrived & the photo counter was closed. When the guy finally came back from lunch he was so rude to me, shouting at me saying that I told him he didn’t deserve a lunch break. All I said was that it should state in the opening hours that it’s shut between these times for a lunch break. Police even arrived he was so so rude. I will never ever ever use Tesco photo again.

I had to order the same prints (12" x 16") twice because they arrived in flimsy cardboard packaging bent both times. In the end I cancelled the entire thing and went elsewhere. The only positive was with how customer services dealt with this swiftly and actually fully refunded my money on the second delivery very swiftly. I would never use them again for prints.

I made my order on 29th December and have not received confirmation email to collect order

Brilliant service but might go for smaller prints.

Have used a few times but not great at communication or customer service - not receiving notification of order being ready for collect and was just advised to call the store to check rather than Tesco do anything - much better companies for price and service out there

Further to Tesco reply below - the issue was with Tesco photo process not Max Spielman, classic trying to look responsive and pass the blame, I already contacted them and their service was substandard.

Ordered three prints and two deliveries. Deliveries arrived long before the prints were ready. The prints were a little bent when I took them out of the envelope and the cashier tried to charge me twice for them!

My wife and I ordered 5 different photo gifts and they all came out great! The lady in the shop was very helpful and friendly. Even though I made a very last minute order (1pm on Xmas eve!) for 3 of the items and was informed online that my order would not be ready until after Xmas, the kind lady said she would check if the online order had gone through just before closing time and thankfully it had, so she was able to provide me with all the gifts in time for Xmas. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work!

I arranged for photos to be delivered by post.. delivery time was slow and quality of photos (probably my fault), poor.
I would be reluctant to use this service again.

Great service. Easy to use. Over Christmas there was note to say it could take longer than an hour but the both times I used it was within an hour. Great quality as well.

I ordered online and they were ready quickly. Can't ask for more. Lady was helpful with a large picture as well

Machine at 1st store I tried developed a fault mid-way through the printing process, machine at 2nd store was out of service. 3rd store was a success only because it was manned. Customer service via phoneline was helpful though.

I tried to make an online payment to Max Spielmann and my payment was declined - I received a pop up message saying there was an issue with my billing address. Thinking I must've made a mistake, I tried again. Same thing. I tried once more and then gave up, selecting 'pay in store' instead. It was at this point that THREE charges were made on my account. This was just before Christmas and left me £170 out of pocket. I am beyond frustrated and upset, and am still awaiting the refund which I've been informed can take up to 30 days. However, I've given 3 stars specifically for the lovely and efficient staff at the Brislington store. The lady there deserves 5 stars.

Really helpful and friendly team at Tesco Elgin. Was a really busy day when i popped in to pick up some prints. Couldn't be more helpful selecting frames and getting best deals. There were unfortunately some very rude customers (obvs had lost the Christmas spirit) whom the staff dealt with professionally and with a smile. Never used service before, but I will again.

Shocking customer service. Got an email saying my photos were ready to collect, the email didn't say which store. I am new to the area so went to one store to collect and they were not at that store. I had to make a fuss and insist they ring other stores. The problem is there is no central data base that my customer reference number could be checked against.

If I could rate 0 I would! Absolutely shocking experience. Bought a mug with what should have been writing on the bottom when the mug was delivered (2 days before Christmas) it was a mess the writing was so faint you could hardly see it at all I tried taking it back for a replacement the next day to be told they could only resolve this as of the new year! I was left without a gift and no refund. Shocking would not recommend. This was the Tesco on Huddersfield road Oldham.

Whilst I went in at a very busy time - two days before Christmas - the staff at Martlesham Tesco photo were wonderful. Helpful, friendly and calm amongst the chaos of stock boxes and machines that were slow with people suddenly needing to print 120 photos in 2 minutes. I went for the one hour service online over the 5 day service, and picked up my photo the next day. The manager was even calling customers on the phone to remind them to pick up due to early Christmas hours, not wanting people to be disappointed in not being able to collect their photos - I thought this was very good of them.
