Fantastic brilliant photo book every time have ordered about 30 books over the last 18 months wouldn't go anywhere else would recommend them

The worst service ever. 5/6 days turn out to be be 12 without any option to chase it for progress. Lady in store was nice and tried to check for me… but didn’t had a number to call me and let me know. Very poor service. Won’t be using again for sure.

Although it's crazy you can't connect Google photos to the screens instore (won't be using you again due to this) the lady that served me was just amazing..I ended up emailing her all my images (tho had to keep going outside as my 5g connection didn't work in store) and she manually printed them from her own email. She was just brilliant. The service tho, not so!

I have been using Tesco’s photos service for years and how many photo books in my house. I even produced an album for my son’s 21st birthday and then recreated it 2 years later changing a few pictures for my other son, as they save all the projects on your account.

However, they have now decided to only keep the projects on the account for 30 days and all of my previous projects have been deleted unbeknown to myself.
I produced an album that took 13 hours to do for a Christmas present . I have gone back into my account to reproduce it for a friend who traveled with me for their birthday to find all my projects have been deleted.

I’ve contacted the company who then advised to re-create the album. As it took 13 hours, I don’t think so.!!

I am furious and will not be using this company again and advise people to do the same due to them only keep the projects for 30 days. They obviously have no idea how many hours these albums take to produce and that people often go back to reproduce them for others .

Printed a photo on a tshirt, it came out really well. The T-shirt was better quality than I expected and arrived really quickly.

Always a good service off them . The only criticism I have is that 90% of the time I have to contact the store to see if the photos are there as they don’t notify when they have arrived for collection

The print from tesco was poor quality they haven't lined the picture in the centre when printing it so its not in the centre of the frame

I ordered 4 canvas prints of our beloved pet collie who sadly died in mid January and the finished prints brought us to tears. They were so good we felt as if she was in the room with us and we could reach out and pet her. Thankyou

The people working behind the desk are great. Both times I have used the service I haven't had a message to say that the order was ready to pick up so just turn up and hope its completed. Both sets have turned out really well and only one photo wasn't printed well but that may be due to the photo quality rather than error on printing.

As usual at great service online and at the shop, choices are really good and good quality always, very happy with our purchase, definitely recommend

I buy a lot of photos every month. During the recent postal strike around Christmas I was worried my photos had been lost. Tesco kindly reprinted my photos and sent them by courier. Excellent customer service.

Recently ordered a canvas print of my dog,I was thrilled with it and it has had lots of lovely comments,
My only regret is a should of ordered a bigger one,I love it and would certainly use the service again.Thankyou.

Many choices of photo books. Adding photos, background, text boxes easy to do. The quality is very good too.

Very pleased with my photos. Quick, easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend.Great quality prints which look good in a frame. I used the express service and was impressed.

I recently ordered a family print with our names in writing below the photo and a frame. When ordered it the preview looked fine.
When it arrived however two of the names across the bottom had been cut off. Completely unusable. So someone took that print out of a machine and packaged it up with a frame and sent it thinking that was ok???? Anyone looking at that can see it was completely unacceptable.
Not only that but I immediately contacted Tesco photos by e mail to complain and ask for a replacement as it was gift. Have heard nothing back. No reply in over 2 weeks. Not what I expect from Tesco, the customer seems not to matter anymore .

I have used before and been very happy with the service.
This however was a battle that hasn’t ended yet. First I couldn’t open my account I know what my e mail is and password it kept saying account not found, I tried reopening my account then it stated this e mail has already been registered. Using my work e mail i opened another account then I placed and paid for the order.
Nothing came in the post, no emails, after a week I tried to contact Tesco. Why do large companies not have phone numbers ? The only option was to e mail. They didn’t respond very quickly, when they did the reply said we can see it’s been produced but not been dispatched. Another will be produced and then dispatched. I still haven’t received anything almost 3 weeks after the order was placed. The whole experience has made me decide I won’t use them again.
