The member of staff that served was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
He was friendly and focused, making sure the customers were OK and able to complete their orders.

Bought photos to print (20 minutes service) and Tesco didnt even print off. I went to Tesco the very next day they told me they have to speak to one of their departments as its not showing on their system. They made me wait couple of days and never got back to me even though I gave them my number. I then had to make a journey back to Tesco and after hearing my complaint they just printed it of from my phone. They could of done that in first case!!

Excellent photo book, arrived before estimated time. Well package so book not damaged. Will use you again

I purchased the 6x4 print that gives you 8 small photos of the same thing. It cost £2.50 and was ready for collection within an hour. Excellent quality and perfect for use in ID passes etc.

Very happy with the service I received! From my online order through to the actual delivery, the entire process took only two days, and I was totally satisfied with the quality of my poster. It's the first time I've used one of my own photos and had it printed out poster size, so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I needn't have been concerned though, because the colours were very true to my original photo and the end result looked wonderful! Thank you Tesco, I'll definitely consider using this service again.

Have ordered photobooks for 10+ years and always receive great products and service, however, the price now means I will have to explore elsewhere. I can see from my account that the price of similar articles has more than doubled over the past 5 years.

Quality and prices good. I ordered online uploading my photos from a laptop.
Had an email to say that they were ready so called in after I'd shopped. Unfortunately the lady had gone to lunch (past 3) when I arrived and I did not see the clock sign indicating a return time.
A member of Tesco staff came to advise me and I was happy to put the shopping in the car then return to collect the photos.
The lady apologized but I pointed out that she should have her breaks, it's a long day.

Drove for over half an hour as weston favell was my closest collection point to be met with no staff member at the counter and a sign stating they'd be back in half an hours time. It stated on the sign if you waited you would receive 10% discount. When the lady returned she said I couldn't have the discount as I'd paid online... I asked to speak to the store manager who stated the photo service has nothing to do with tesco store even though I showed her a headed order email from TESCO photo! Ridiculously awful service and awful staff. Re training all round and maybe hire two members of staff so there is someone to cover breaks. Or simply have the same lunch break every day and add it to your closing/opening hours to avoid confusion.

The colour quality of the photos was dreadful. Baby photos. She has pale skin, but in the photos brown skin! Couldn't use them. Complained, assuming they could see from their end that colour wasn't right, and was asked to send the images. A faff, so ordered from Snapfish instead, who sent colour-correct images. Won't use Tesco Photo again.

I arrived at 1.00pm to collect and there was a sign saying “back at 1.10pm. The assistant came back at 1.05pm with a sandwich and instead of serving me said she was coming back in 5 minutes (off to eat sandwich and have a cigarette). She returned 25 minutes later with a sorry!! Too late as I was fuming and had an appointment to get to. The transaction took less than 2 minutes.

Excellent service at my local store ( Hexham) . Very knowledgeable staff member.

If 8 mugs ordered, four arrived broken. Crushed box and poorly packed. Disappointing.

I found the website user friendly. I like the choice of photo sizes and I received my photos promptly.

Easy to order/upload photos online and when they arrived by post, within 3-4 days, they were of very good quality. Will certainly use again as saved a lot of time going in to store.

I ordered photos of my grandchildren and they arrived promptly and were great.
I was disappointed that they could not be delivered to our local store and the nearest one was over 30 miles away. However if you are prepared to pay for postage it is fine. Photos were good and they arrived promptly. Delighted with the service and will definitely use them again.

Some photos came with ink marks are ruined and my large photo was bent. Photos on thin paper but ok

How on earth this service hasn't got all 5 stars I'll never know. Amazing quality and value...I couldn't quite believe it was true!

Whilst happy with the 2 basic photo books I finally managed to order the process and painfully clunky app made it one I would not ever recommend or repeat. The discount that was originally offered was also not available having completed the order.
