The kiosk staff and manager was extremely unfriendly. The gift packaging we had recieved from the token kiosk was damaged and when we asked if we could change it they said no.

Service was very quick and effective
Service was very quick and effective. Just one thing, when we went to Tenpin Croydon my girlfriend ordered a San Miguel and it tasted wrong. I drank it for her. I wouldn’t downgrade a review for that as I work in the industry and I understand that things like happen and given how busy it was we didn’t want to make more work. Very good experience.

Venue great, great pizza - tasted home made and helpful staff on the counter and on the central phone number.

Bowling was easy to use and the young lady on the desk was friendly and helpful. What let the experience down was the arcade. The children had won alot of tickets to be told the keys had been taken home by another member of staff and could not open it for the prizes. We were told we could come back the next day or redeem them in other tenpin. However this was our last day here and not another tenpin local to us. This led to the children being really upset not being able to collect the prizes they had seen and wanted.

good activities but food is so bad for the price chicken burger comes with NOTHING other than the chicken bar staff are rude and talk to you like they don't want you there , prices are good games wise but food and staff wise it's a 2/10 hence the 3 star

The karaoke rooms are in need of proper…
The karaoke rooms are in need of proper ventilation. It smells stale in there. Also the room felt dated like all the food and drink that was brought in in the past have stained the floors for so long, any sort of deep clean would not do any good. Luckily there was a fan but it didn't help that much. The staff was kind enough to get air freshener but even then it's not great for people who have asthma.
