Avoid on offer days awful!
First time coming here and it was awful. People were throwing the balls in our lane. Some of the teenagers were rowdy around us and hit us with a plastic bowl which they got from the arcade section. Then apologised. It was way too hot inside especially for my 5 year old. And not clean.

We always have a great experience when we go to tenpin, the staff are friendly, we always get a lane straight away so we don't need to wait, and when you order drinks they come really quickly

Great fun bowling but the selection of bowling balls needs reviewing as I struggled to find ones with sufficiently large holes for my fingers and I don’t have overly large hands.
I would like to see hand cleanser available, as I often pick up illnesses from these places due to the many number of people that handle the bowling balls.
We played pool and air hockey, too. These machines do need some maintenance, but we managed to complete our games.

Bowling lane fault
Me and my family were enjoying our first game but then half way through the bowling alley went faulty and the staff tried to fix it a few times but it didn't work. The staff then realised there was issue with that lane and then quickly moved us on to another lane with current scores with swiftness and efficiency which was appreciated.

Had to wait for ages to check in as the young lady at the till completely ignored us and the man was serving other customers. Finally a young man came and checked us in - had booked a lane online. The drinks we got for the kids were very expensive and the cost of two games for 2 kids and 2 adults was soo expensive I will have to consider if I can afford to take the kids to this venue again 🥲🙁🙁 Given this experience could not recommend to family and friends

The atmosphere was very welcoming , however one thing I would suggest is that there needs need to be air conditioning installed because with it being summer holidays the weather is only going to hotter and places like this will get more crowded
