Bowling was fine, Service was not.
Bowling was fine. We ordered a pizza, fries and two burgers were delivered. went to counter stating they are not ours. was then TOLD they were ours. and we must have ordered by accident. then ate the fries (couldn't eat the burgers as they had meat and we are vegetarian). pizza was then delivered then we ate. THEN, a lady came round and aggressively told us that we are food that wasn't ours. made to felt like a criminal. safe to say i wont be coming back.

Fun bowling
Fast and easy to get to the lane, booking was easy and staff were friendly. The lighting by the pins were very flashy and did cause headaches

The summer offer was great
The summer offer was great, apart from the prices for drinks at the bar which are ridiculously high, can go Aldi n buy a pack for the price of 1 kids drink, n slushes are cheaper then squash drinks that needs a rethink a fruit shoot shud not cost more then a slush but otherwise was a great experience

Good karaoke
The staff were friendly and explained how the karaoke machine worked, my only dislike was that our timer was going during the explanation on how to use the karaoke machine

Always such a good day, and excellent value for money. We always go when there are offers on, and the kids love it. Good selection of food, drink, and activities other than bowling.

Good variety
The building offers a good time. Bowling is great and the arcade has a decent variety. Done an escape room and the gold before as well. Golf seems like it needs a bit of repair but it wasnt an issue when it came to playing it. Drink service can be a little slow is the only thing that I could criticise.

It was my first time here
It was my first time here. Not very sure where I needed to go to book in etc. but it was all well sign posted. Staff were amazing. Myself and my husband took the grandchildren to play bowls. We loved it x

Was a good enjoyable time , felt a little understaffed . one machine not working providing tickets for the wheel of fortune machine had to ask a member of staff to help and was able to assist which was great .
