Order was quick and easy, had email confirmation almost right away, doubted I would get next day delivery as I placed the order roughly 7pm but I did which was fabulous. Order seems of good quality considering the money paid.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. Ordered Double Bed Online. Easy Selection. Had some queries so called on phone. Very Polite & Helpful Customer Service. They mentioned delivery one to two days. Totally surprised because it arrived the same evening. The warehouse and delivery driver follow up was great. The delivery gentlemen were extremely polite and helpful. Next day, the Customer Service checked with me to ask if all was well. I also had a couple of queries, which were dealt with immediately. Very Pleased overall and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tender Sleep Furniture.

Crap service. I ordered my beds and asked for delivery on 7th September 2026. 4 days later beds still not been delivered and I'm sleeping on the floor. Can't get a response from anyone at this company at all.

Beds are as expected although a mix up about the colour of the mattress on one of the two singles ordered. Couriers were not very helpful with the delivery. Definitely room for improvement. Other than that we are satisfied with our purchase.

Delivery drivers kept me up to date with the time they would arrive and they kindly carried my bed upstairs.

Con artists turn up with your bed at 9pm at night run off with the cash and the bed doesn't even fit together the parts are wrong in the box and when you ask them to just change the one part they totally ignore you and say it's your fault and you're "assembling wrong"

Very efficiant and polite ordered same day delivery, the only reason its not a 5 and its petty is that it went well ober the time alot with no contact till later, just a little thing that bugs me running late make a call so im not waiting in ober then that great service

I did a lot of research before ordering and chose this company because the reviews gave me confidence that they were reliable.

Before ordering, I specifically asked whether I could choose my delivery date, as I needed to know when the bed would arrive rather than having it turn up unexpectedly. I was told that I could, so I ordered on the Saturday for delivery the following Friday.

I was then contacted to say they wanted to deliver it on the Monday. I explained that I had specifically booked delivery for Friday and would not be available on Monday.

Friday came. I was given a delivery time slot — and the bed never arrived.

I was then promised delivery on Saturday. Again, it never arrived.

Then Sunday. Another time slot. Again, no delivery.

This continued six times. On each occasion I was either left waiting at home or had to arrange for someone else to stay in and wait for the delivery. Each time I was reassured that the bed was coming and, on more than one occasion, was told it was 100% going to be delivered. Each time, it didn't arrive.

By the following Thursday, after a week of wasted time and repeated broken promises, I had no choice but to order a bed from another company.

To make matters worse, I was never refunded for the original order and ultimately had to pursue a credit card chargeback to get my money back.

I completely understand that delivery problems can happen — but what I cannot understand is repeatedly giving customers delivery dates and time slots, assuring them that their order is definitely coming, and then simply not turning up.

This company showed absolutely no respect for my time or my money. I would not recommend them and, based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

The delivery was not made as stated. Instead of Wednesday, it was delivered on Saturday. The bed is significantly different from the one in the photo on the website. So I will not recommend your company to anyone else

Order 5am.delivered 9pm.overall quality for the price of bed I think is very good. I would definitely pay little extra for the better mattress.
