Order 5am.delivered 9pm.overall quality for the price of bed I think is very good. I would definitely pay little extra for the better mattress.

Excellent service from Tender Sleep. The bed is great quality, the price was very reasonable, and delivery was quick. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them

Good quality, great price, next day delivery.Nice delivery man. I was kept informed throughout the day of time they expected to arrive. A really good service. I highly recommend.

Great quality bed and mattress, quick installation and friendly staff.
Good price and all worth it.
Highly recommend.

I had a bunk bed of this company and asked them for a replacement part of which they declined. The part was cracked prior to assembly, and this was only noticed afterwards, I sent them a photo as evidence of where the holes were pre-drilled by themselves at manufacture, therefore there is no way that installing the grub screw and assembling the head board as instructed could have caused this damage during assembly. The crack originates from the pre-drilled hole itself, which indicates a manufacturing defect therefore, I would of liked it replaced of which they would not, I even asked them how much it would cost to replace it of which I had no reply from them this is awful customer service.

Amazing company, great communication and friendly service, worked with me to deliver within my timeline

Delivered on time excellent service

Ordered base and mattress, delivered quickly. Problem with mattress. This company does not answer phone or messages. At the present time I have a mattress that can’t be used. Would also point out base is a good price but poorly made.
Will not use again and suggest you should shop elsewhere where

Ordered a double bed came as it is. All in all a class act. The bed looks great
