I discovered that the arrangement that I ordered and the message was not what my friend received. Totally different arrangement and different message. When I first emailed to complain, I got a message that said my order was delivered, nothing more. When I called and spoke to someone in the Philippines, she said she could not resend but only refund my money. That doesn’t help me much.

I am re-writing my review due to the fact that Teleflora executive team promptly reached out to me and gave me a full refund.
My service was in-complete but hopefully one day we can try this again.
Customer service was understanding and professional.
My order was cancelled for "security reasons" and I received a shady email without official letterhead or anything instructing me to call them. Upon researching whether the phone # is legitimate I called and had to go through a verification rigamarole culminating in the agent asking me to provide my entire credit card # over the phone. When I refused saying that it's very insecure for me to provide that information over a recorded phone call, she stated there's nothing they can do, and that they will not reinstate my order. Now, my friend's surprise gift is ruined because I can't make another order in time. The reason for the whole mix up was because the greeting message intended for my friend confused these imbeciles.

This company is horrible!!! I ordered a beautiful arrangement in a white wicker basket for my sick 89 year old aunt. Ordered on Thursday to be delivered Friday. I got an email on Friday afternoon saying order was delivered. My aunt said she never received them. Contacted Teleflora Friday afternoon saying it was not delivered. Their response was that they would call the florist. Well they said no one was answering and would get back to me tomorrow. Saturday no flowers or call from Teleflora! Called again, said it is showing delivered. Don’t know where because it didn’t get to my aunt.. Said they will call the florist again no answer. Told me they will contact me on Sunday with an answer. Sunday morning I get a call saying they don’t know what happened but If I want they will give me a refund in 10 days. I choose to just dispute the charge because I can guarantee I would never receive that refund! This company is a scam!!!! Do not ever use them. I have reported them to the BBB!

I would not recommend anyone to do business with Teleflora. I placed two separate orders for two separate towns for Get Well flowers. I was scheduled for next day delivery and on the morning of the day of delivery, I get an email from Telaflora stating delivery can’t be made on scheduled day. I call customer service and they can’t provide any explanation as to why. They just kept saying the florist can’t deliver today. He tells me if they can deliver it on Sunday and as I’m talking to him on the phone, another email Ari es stating the same thing for my second order. He looks it up and again with no real explanation, says that order can’t be delivered for another 3 days. I canceled both immediately. Not sure what criteria they use to subcontract local florists, but Telaflora is unreliable. They contact you by email hoping to avoid serving the customer about their failures. Stay away, save your money and spread the word. Telaflora is not the company to call to trust your floral needs.

If there was a zero star, that’s what they would be given. I ordered a beautiful bouquet in a stunning vase, and my friend received a grocery store bouquet in a cheap glass vase. Do not order from this company without the risk of getting taken advantage of.

This company is an embarrassment. They emailed me (not called) the same day of a funeral service that they could not deliver flowers with no recourse. They had 3 days from the order placement to figure it out and they waited until the morning of a funeral service to let a grieving family know, via EMAIL, there would be no flowers. Because that's what a grieving family is doing on the day of a funeral, checking their email. NEVER use this company, under any circumstances if your money, time and emotions mean anything to you.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone on the day of their surgery. I got an email they were on the way. A day later they didn't arrive so I contacted them. They cancelled the order and will provide a refund in 10 days. No notice that they couldn't find a florist to deliver them. Second time they didn't deliver. I won't be using them again.

Three issues:
1) The company provided a 20% off discount for signing up on their mailing list; however, the discount never came off the product and there was no place to enter any discount code on their website.
2) I purchased their Teleflora Plus product, which gives you three free deliveries. For my second order, the delivery fee was charged and there was no way to remove it before ordering.
3) There was no customer service rep on their live chat, so there was no way to connect with anyone to fix these issues.

Please do not ever use them. I have ordered flowers for my mom bday and they have cancelled my order the day of her bday. When i called and asked how could this happen? They have said that my order was questionable. I have asked how ? They could not tell me. I end up not getting flowers for my 77 year old mom. This is just horrible.

I ordered flowers for my wife in advance, and they didn't deliver. They didn't even warn me they couldn't deliver. I called myself and asked why they were late, and they canceled at the last minute. Don't order from this company. They're not serious and don't know how to work with customers!

If I could rate this a zero I would. I order a bouquet each year for my mom being cancer free so it is a very significant day for all of us. I decided to use teleflora this year and in previous years my mom would just gush over her arrangements. They were not teleflora. But I saw one with her favorite color so I went this direction. When I say it looks like someone went into a field and picked random flowers and just overstuffed them into a random vase. I am not exaggerating. I wish I could attach pictures of what I ordered versus what she got. I immediately called to and said I have pictures. And that they needed to send what I ordered to my mom. They said they can’t do that. I let them know I did NOT get what I paid for. They said the best they could do was a 26.00 refund and a 25.00 credit. I paid 104.74. I have sent my mom flowers from all over the world, wherever I have been stationed and these were flowers my toddlers could have gathered from a field. Buyer BEWARE. Save your money. Shop local

Very disappointed with bouquets. 2 Teleflora deliveries in 3 months. Both poor quality, more leaves than flowers. Iris in arrangement last Tuesday were dead in 4 days. Both appeared to be a bunch randomly cut from someone's garden, not a florist arrangement. Do not order from this company.

This company is a lie, the service is horrible, and I wish I read reviews. I didn't do my due diligence. So here goes, I ordered a bouquet to be delivered before 1pm on the 7th for a Funeral. The order was placed on the 5th and they company decided to tell me they can't meet the requirement and just optioned me the next day. I ask if the didn't deliver on the 8th, I got a response I wasn't expecting. "Edit" They just emailed me saying it won't be delivered until the 9th which is when she will be buried. I just called back, they are the worst. Canceled and requested my refund. Also they said on the 6th that the flower shop was good to go. If there was a issue, it should have been addressed then. Yet they wait till the day of to provide poor service. I wouldn't recommend them at all and the customer service is horrible.

So far so good, have not heard about the delivery piece yet.
I placed an order for the same day delivery of a tropical flowers arrangement and they not only delivered on the day of the birthday but they also made a bouquet of roses and dandelions.
Embarrassing experience and I will never order from them again or advise any of my friends

I wish I'd read other reviews. Two things happened:
1. The flowers were delivered on the WRONG date. The person was out of town, who knows how long they sat there. And they were intended to be delivered on the date of a specific memory (a childs passing) and they came a week early. Like not a day early A WEEK early.
2. They also substituted ALL the flower types AND the vase. All the things I picked this bouquet specifically for. And they mention nothing about the possibility of substitutions until AFTER you've paid and placed the order in the confirmation email. I ordered specifically for a type of flower that was the child's birth flower.
I also never got confirmation that it was delivered. Or any email confirming I was okay with any floral changes. The only way I found out was when they sent a picture and thanked me. In which I was like okay did someone else send flowers cause these look nothing like what I ordered.
Incredibly disappointed and sad. and a 25% refund is not nearly enough to make me even consider using them again or recommending to others.
