These guys are great - had an initial video call to go through my property and create an itinerary of what needed to be moved, quote was quick and costs transparent. They were responsive and flexible regarding the dates, and weren’t fussy about stuff (some companies had insisted I empty drawers in bedside cabinets - these guys just surround wrapped everything, kept it safe & together without needing to empty them!). On moving day they were punctual, friendly & super helpful, with good communication. Couldn’t fault them. Will definitely use again and recommend them to others.

I recommend Tee's removals completely. They were efficent, friendly and very prompt with the quote. No hidden extras! The whole team were extremely helpful, as our move was a bit complicated!
On collection day they were fabulous. My Mum is elderly, Kyle and the team took time and were supportive with helping my Mum settle into her new home. Placing all the items in the correct rooms and checking in with me, as I was miles away unfortuntely.
If you want to be moved with care and consideration, then this is the company to use. :-)

Booked this company in May to move me to my new home. What a fantastic company. Trev and Pete were my movers. Very courteous and helpful young men. They wrapped all my items up with such care and really looked after everything. I cannot praise them enough. If I ever was to move again I would DEFINITELY book this company and would hope that I get Steve and Trev again. Well done Tees for a fantastic service.

From start to finish Tees were exceptional. Everything well explained, quotes upfront, no nasty surprises. We used their packing and removals and the guys were extremely efficient packing and very patient with us on moving day as we couldn’t get in until late. Great service right from the start and a great move. It was a scorching hot day and not the easiest move due to many stairs and tight roads, but the guys managed it with no complaints.
I couldn't give them 5 stars as some stuff did get broken, but they sorted it quickly.

Tees did a marvellous job moving us from Southwell, in Nottinghamshire to Thornbury in South Gloucestershire. They were on time and very professional: a very helpful and friendly crew. and that applies to the support from their back office team too! Made everything so much less stressful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our second move in 3 weeks and once again the service from the Tee’s crew was excellent. As well as being efficient, they are friendly and helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble. All round, exactly what we wanted from our removers, at a very reasonable price.

We had a fantastic experience using Tees removals and will certainly be using them again when we move in the future. To start with both Danny and Betty we very helpful.

With a baby on the way and a relatively short move down the road, Connor and Trevor did everything quickly and professionally (even helped keep together some of my dodgy packing!) a few trips to the new house and everything was unpacked and put back together as it should of been.

Connor and Trevor moved our belongings from nottingham to our new flat in London. They were extremely punctual firstly at early pick up in nottingham and got to London in good time giving us a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. The entire process was stress free for us and they were very efficient. getting everything into the new property extremely quickly! Without asking, many of our items including units were wrapped to reduce any chance of damage.

Aside from the practical side of their job being flawless they were both very friendly, polite and welcoming.
We will be using tee’s again i the future and woul recommend anyone to not hesitate using the company.

I used Tees removals as the Trust Pilot reviews were excellent (4.9), however as my experience was so bad I think some of these reviews must be fake. I took out the liability insurance for £35 however after the move they wouldn't allow me to claim for items damaged in the move. They damaged my washing machine as the transporter feet weren't used, later my fridge freezer stopped working, there were scuffs to the freshly painted walls in my new house and the sofa cushions were covered in dust as were in the back of the removals van and not in dust bags as promised. I had to buy new appliances which cost over £1,000, they said I needed to have called a plumber however the call out charge would have been £120 for both appliances (total £240) and they were clearly damaged and not worth a call out charge to be told that. Later I discovered there were smashed plates and other kitchenware which were expensive fragile items and although they had been boxed well with packaging and labelled as fragile, hadn't been treated with enough care. On the removals day the men arrived smoking in their van and continued to smoke cigarettes throughout the day whilst handing my furniture which I thought was totally unprofessional. They didn't get all of my furniture in the house so I had to call my family to come and help me, they also didn't get all the heavy boxes of books upstairs so again my family helped with that and I struggled to do it alone. When I called about the damaged washing machine at the start they were so defensive that I decided I didn't want the hassle so paid out for new appliances, they were all purchased new in 2020 and all in good working order the day before I moved house.
I lived in Nottingham for over 30 years and would have appreciated more respect as a customer and for my furniture to have been treated with more care and to have been able to claim on the liability insurance.
