We ordered 4 (four) drums of GREY PETG filament but received 4 (four) WHITE?
Then reordered on Wednesday 16th October, as now desperate as it was holding up a job, a week later and still no delivery (supposed to be overnight), phoned twice to chase without any result, now told that we cannot cancel the order and refusing to refund payment for items not received.
Very poor service with a 'could not give a hoot' attitude.

Awesome company. Get my LWPLA from them. Usually next day delivery and excellent customer service. Best prices in UK.

I have just bought my second 3D printer from this company and they have been great both times.

The first one, back in 2022 came with no issues, worked out of the box. Nothing more to say. No complaints.

The second one I bought last month was a refurbished printer. This showed signs of use as expected from a second hand printer but worked great, and I could not be happier with my purchase.

To sum it all up, great company, will buy from them again :)

The company itself is ok for ordering items but I have had issues with their tech support before who just just stopped replying when I had an issue with one of the printers I purchased from them, not only that they use an American company shopify to process order payments when I first used this company I made payment which said my payment had been declined but the fund had been taken from my bank this has happened several times not only that I have tried contacting the company to remove my personal details & data as I don't like how they operate, this is impossible & extremely frustrating this puts me off ordering from Technology outlet

I purchased a MicroSwiss Flowtech hotend for my Ender 3 V3 KE, but I received the wrong item. So I bought another from them so I didn’t have to wait, even though it was their mistake that I got the wrong item…

And now three weeks later, I am still waiting for any mention of the refund for the original (wrong) item I was sent.

They are also claiming it is my fault that I haven’t received the refund yet, although they provided the return label I used and now the package appears to be lost…

I've always found Technology Outlet a very comprehensive supplier of 3D printers and accessories. No messing with shipping - next day and a great range of items - now my preferred supplier especially for Bambu Labs

Always great service Miles always comes back to you very quickly with support and resolves the issue. This is the company I will be buying all my printers from if they can keep up with the direct prices from bambu.

I have had 2 3d printers from
technolagy outlet,the service for them is the best so far next day shipping and tracked,I have had 2 printers the artillery x 3 pro and now the bambu lab a1 mini both spot on service its my 9th printer(I have a small print farm) and the 2 for them has been the best experience out of all the one I have so far purchased from anywhere,I will be back

Got an ender 3 v3 SE and it was immaculate and flawless, but the filament on their website is advertised with plastic spools in the photo and it came in a cardboard spool. They did mention it is cardboard spools in the description but they were a bit cheeky from them. Cardboard spools leave tones of dust on the printing bed of a printer and clog up the belts which is why I had to transfer all my filament to another spools using a little contraption I had.

I ordered a item from Technology outlet
The item was delivered with in two days
First class service

We were having a few issues with our ender S1 and contacted James in technology support and after sending us a new part it was decided to have the item returned. James arranged everything and then sent it back in perfect order. We will have no issues contacting him again as the after service and back up was superb.

Friendly and fast delivery especially for next day delivery for when I order pla filament. Answered all my questions about printers and accessories would definitely recommend this company to anyone
