I did exactly what they said, it got to them in two days with free delivery and insurance up to £150. Within 4 days of posting the products I got the money. What made it even better is that it was the estimated amount at the very start of the selling process not less no more.

We were in need of an extruder for our 3D printer and James at 3D Prima went above and beyond to help us out. This will now be our go to place for our 3D items!

Ive had 2 issues with my k1 max one with the motherboard with was dealt with swiftly and the 2nd issue was the nozzle snapping in the hotend when trying to replace it (a known issue) and that was also dealt with swiftly with a replacement sent out same day i really couldn't have asked for more from technology outlet and Myles Lightfoot who has been fantastic 😊 not many companies will be so helpful thank you so much.

Exactly as advertised, prompt delivery, easily fitted, great piece of kit!

The product came as advertised, got the bambulabs A1mini that would take much longer if ordered from the official website.

I faced an issue after some weeks, but the technology outlet service team was extremely helpful and helped me fix it. They also got me a replacement part for free.

I’ve been dealing with 3D printing companies for many years, and avoided technology outlet since meeting a few of their people at TCT some years ago.

This year, I thought I’d finally test the hype and introduce a Bambu printer into the mix. At one point, I was going to go through a convoluted process to actually return the machine and order a combo (which I didn’t) however, Technology outlet showed their true colours when I reported a known fault to them with printer.

I was handed back a BS answer how it would have been a firmware issue (rather than the issue that every supplier knows about with the A1 touchscreen fault). I was offered no support, no return of faulty goods - nothing.

On a positive side, I spoke to Bambu and within ten minutes they’d found a solution for me.

My advice, don’t use technology outlet. They’ll be great while you’re spending, once you’ve spent they won’t give a poop about you.

James (Customer Service) and Myles (Reapairs, servicing) are astounding. Always polite, affable, and paitent.
The customer service warrants the purchase alone.

Really good products at reasonable prices, staff friendly and always willing to help. I never use anyone else.

I had a problem and they sent mail on how to fix the problem.
I am very glad that the problem is sorted and very happy with Technology Outlet.

I ordered a Bambu Lab A1 Mini printer from Technologyoutlet.co.uk as it was a fair price with free delivery and in stock. Everywhere else I looked was either out of stock or more expensive. I did see some negative reviews on here, but most seemed positive so I thought I would chance it.

I place my order on a Friday, and deliver was quoted as free next working day by DPD, so expected it to arrive on Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised when it turned up on Saturday. Everything is in good order and working perfectly.

Really bad! Bought a creality 3d printer and is faulty but they very rude and unfriendly on the phone & won't accept anything! They asking us for video evidence but the purpose is just to delay as they never respond! Whereas on their website they say: fast response but not true! rude on the phone and wont accept returns for faulty items! Suppose to be a 2 weeks return but there is not !!! Warranty is complicated wording and they outline a lot of stuff that is not covered under the Warranty but practically rendering it useless and not keeping to warranty cover! AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IT MAY TURN INTO BIG PROBLEMS. VERY BAD BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM THEM

Bought a laser and ten months later I had an issue which I reported to technology outlet , Enter James , Service and support I received from James was outstanding , very accommodating and extremely Helpful , Cannot fault the after service I received from these guys , Exceptional and very Professional. I am happy with recent service from you but when I recently tried to order 2 spools of filament last week I was quoted over £27 delivery to the Isle of Man. This is ridiculous and I ordered elsewhere.
