I can not thank Andrew and Rebecca enough , I phoned on Wednesday and asked if they would have my new bike ready for collection on Friday as I would be passing the shop, these guys (and lassies) went above. And beyond to make this happen for me ,Andy took the time to go over the bike with me and explain absolutely everything on the bike to me,absolutely fantastic service , thanks to all the teasdale team for making this happen ,I hope to be back in the near future 👍 210 mile trip home and I am well pleased with the bike ,I will pop in for a visit the first time I am back down that way,I also passed on my recommendation to a work mate who has just went and purchased a bike from these guys👍🏍️

I purchased a 2020 BMW S1000rr from Teasdales about 8 weeks ago. I part exchanged my 2018 S1000r towards it.
Part Ex price: Very fair, I was pleased with what Mark offered me for my S1000r.

Price of S1000rr: The RR was competitively priced and it came with some really high end extras. I was comfortable with the asking price.

Customer Service: The salesmen I dealt with was a guy called Mark. He wasn’t at all pushy, seemed to genuinely enjoy talking about motorbikes and was very knowledgeable. It was really pleasant dealing with him.

Delivery: The delivery driver was polite and took good care when off loading my new bike. A smooth process.

Aftercare: Haven’t really required any aftercare but I’m confident if I did, the guys at Teasdales would be helpful.

It’s a very well known motorcycle garage in my area and I’ve never heard a bad word said about them.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future motorcycle purchases.

Best place ever to buy a bike go above an beyond to help customers I will not buy a bike from any were else so long as these own it

Recently bought a 2019 Ducati Diavel from Teasdale and the service has been second to none. Even had a slight issue with the bike (easy to miss) and there were no issues about getting it sorted local to me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Cannot fault this company for anything, the customer service is second to none! Called up roughly 5 separate times to discuss buying a bike and arranging delivery not once did I feel like it was any trouble for the staff there.

I explained to Mark that I needed the bike urgently and with out any hesitation he done what he could and managed to get delivery sorted for next day! I ordered the bike on Friday around 10am the bike was delivered at 10:45 Saturday morning. (I live 247 miles away) I cannot believe how good the service was from Teasdale motorcycles.

Im gutted I live so far away as I would love to use Teasdale for all my motorcycle needs!

Fantastic service all round from the guys at Teasdale Motorcycles. From walking in for the first time to buying a Moto Guzzi V7II Stone and having it delivered, everything just felt right and the service and communication provided by Mark was excellent. The 2 year warranty proved invaluable as a small problem developed but nothing was too much trouble as Mark arranged speedy collection (50 miles), and the bike was picked up by Stuart, who arranged the necessary repairs and had it delivered back to my door within 48hrs. Just fantastic, friendly, efficient service throughout and if you want peace of mind then I would certainly recommend Teasdale Motorcycles to anyone.

Had two RSV4 1100 Factory bikes serviced, very effective and courteous considering the Covid conditions. Collection was speedy as was the service. A few issues during the service were communicated and sensibly dealt with. Thanks Jessica.

I recently bought my ktm from Teasdale first class service right to my door, in Muir of ord gave me a descent price for my old bike. Mark Wiper was very friendly efficent and easy to talk to. Great service thank you. Some of the dealers up here could do with taking a leaf out of your book.

I have bought two bikes from them and they have also carried out some bespoke modifications for me. They have been helpful, professional and efficient throughout. One of the best dealers I have ever done business with in nearly 40 years of biking. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased a bike from here. At the time the salesman advised that should any work be required under the warranty it could be undertaken by my local garage. Unfortunately I've come to ask for a repair to be carried out under this warranty and they have now decided that they will only undertake any work at their workshop. Given this is a minor repair the cost of travelling the 450 mile to deposit and collect the bike is greater than the cost of having the work done.

To clarify on the point made regarding the chain and sprockets, the bike was not fit for purpose, so whilst it may not be covered by the warranty per say, it is covered by the consumer act.
