Me and my friends including Kenneth Abdullahi had a wonderful time at TeamSport Karting in Acton. Keiran made our experience 100 times better cuz he was funny lol. Customer service was good. Will be sure to come back😝

I was in a adult kart in Watford. I am very dissapointed. The karts were axtremely fun. Of course that was the only thing that was good because teamsport are completely incompitent and can't run a functioning gokart track. I got black flagged for aparently "going to fast in a yellow flag" which is completely fake. I have head cam fotage to prove it. Even if I was speeding, the person infront was foing faster and they didn't get black flagged! Finally, teamsport had the nerve to charge me £50 to go there . And in the end I didn't get a single lap without yellow or red flags! It is idiotic that they wave the flags for the entire track even if you are on the otherside of the track. This deffinatly wasn't helped by allowing 13 completely inexperienced people on track at the same time as the experienced paying customers! One other thing is that each session is only 15 minutes. But the timer starts when the first person leaves the pit lane. As previously mentioned, there were 13 people in the track, so it took at least 2 minutes toget everyone out on track. And then another 2 minutes for the lights test! And when there is a yellow flag for a crash. they always wait at least 30 before going green even after the crashed kart has continued.

Absolutely terrible. Really disapointed.

Very poorly run outfit at Crawley. Staff don’t know how to manage properly. Facility is grubby and in need of maintenance. Batteries on karts are inconsistent. Won’t go again.

Dan was great, he helped with lots of hints and tips for cornering. Enjoyable track.

Went in October 2025 on a Saturday in Leicester. This was honestly better than I expected. Looking at the track whilst stood on the side it looks small, but once your in, and your are hitting the accelerator, it feels good. There were more yellows and reds than I would've liked but, honestly, the staff were incredible, they attempted at best as they can at all times to keep the race going whilst keeping everything safe. The atmosphere was nice, did 3 15 mins laps which was all good, karts are good, and gets adrenaline going.

One of the staff members some ginger Marshall needs a lot more training sending the wrong folks to the pits when they’re no at fault. Massive power ego everyone else was brand new. Picks and chooses who he wants to send off.

What a disastrous day for me & my grandson at TeamSport Karting Sheffield. Staff were very disorganised claiming no information had been provided about the days bookings. Totally mortified what unfolded in regards of health & safety. 12 karts on track at same time for the family friendly session then the rest of us 17 on track at once. Well as expected yellow & reds every 2 minutes in both sessions causing constant delays. I was rammed from behind twice within minutes of each other by a very inpatient driver in session 2 causing delays yet again. Then to top it all for someone like myself who actually has experience of karting over the years & visited the venue on other occasions I was blacked flagged to the pits only to be told to give more room to the idiot trying to barge their way pass for a “good lap”. I’m sorry but the karts don’t have wing mirrors so in my book & experience of motorbike track time sessions usually it’s the person behind who has to execute any safe & clean manoeuvre not just barge your way through like your on a gaming console.

On the whole the facilities are great, changing rooms, breifing rooms very clean.
Well run and customer service both on and off the phone I can not fault.
My only concerns are the price, for Karting it is I feel a little high and price of a coke is a bit steep that is why it's 4 stars not 5.
If you are going once in a while save up, if you want to go say once a week I would personally go for membership there are some very good benefits to it, including 25% of the standard price. The cost of membership is very good value.
Marshalls are friendly and happy answer any worries you have.
I went to Reading where they use electric Karts which I loved.
You can hire a helmet camera to record your race and that is good value for money.
On the whole is was fab and I became a member.👍

Staff were fine before going on track. Had 3 sessions and not a single clean lap was done with the use of yellow and red flags constantly for the smallest of things. For £100 for 2 people and getting no actual track time, I’d say it’s a pretty ridiculous price point.

I've normally had good experiences there. Today I took a half day off work but the session was terrible. There were 12 people on track and they were going way to fast for their ability and almost every lap was yellow or red flag. I know this is not their fault but the marshals, rather than just black flagging them and taking them in to the pits to explain to drive within their limits, just let them carry on. They also occasionally spent time talking to them on track which took time out of our sesion. We only completed 15 laps in our first session when normally we complete 25. We only manged two complete quick laps in both sessions.
To make matters worse, people were overtaking under yellow flags, sometimes passing for or five people - meant trying to leave a gap to get the next lap in quickly was a waste of time. The marshals should have been on top of this.

It is awful for half of the race there are red flags and the staff is very rude. Dont go

Anti racing! Marshalls at best useless at most not paying attention… black flags for infringements that other racers committed, 50 percent of the time on red flags, no urgency… having been to proper karting tracks often where the races are kept moving the flag system
Is simple and crashes are cleared fast this was a huge disappointment. Avoid

I was extremely nervous upto the point of not getting into my kart. A member of staff called Norris (Bradford site) came to talk to me. What a gentleman Norris is. He explained everything to me. How to stay in lane and that he would always keep a eye on me going around. Norris really helped me. I am so glad that I went ahead with it. Please do not be too nervous because if you listen to Norris , then all the experienced drivers never come close to you. The advice I would give to anyone nervous is to please ask to speak to norris

The staff were friendly and the overall experience was amazing, couple of bumps along the way while on the track but got dealt with very fast and easy without it affecting the experience 10/10 recommend

Terrible. My son was refused entry to join his friend's birthday party because we were a few minutes late. The reason given was that he couldn't join the briefing and, from a safety point of view, they would not allow him to participate. I understand that. What is not understandable, however, is the conduct of the front desk receptionists. The host requested if a voucher could be issued for my son to come and do it another day, and the response was, "We can't refund because you are late!" A child couldn't join his friend's birthday party and he is already feeling bad. The least you could have done is not make him feel even worse! Terrible attitude, clearly trying to pick a fight, which I avoided. Never going to come back again.

My Son goes every Sunday to TeamSport Race Academy, the staff are very friendly and supportive, well done Eastleigh TeamSport.

Absoluut geen aanrader

Voor dit bedrag mag je op z’n minst een fatsoenlijke kart-ervaring verwachten, maar wat wij in Groningen kregen was ronduit teleurstellend. We boeken al jaren als gezin een paar heats, en nog nooit zijn we zo chagrijnig van een kartbaan vertrokken.

Ondanks dat je minimaal twee heats móét boeken, krijg je tussendoor nauwelijks tijd om even bij te komen of iets te drinken. Maar dat was nog het minst erge.

Wat echt misgaat, is de manier waarop de heats worden ingedeeld. Zonder enige vorm van niveau- of leeftijdsverschil gooit men doodleuk elf karts tegelijk de baan op. Resultaat: piepjonge, veel tragere rijders tussen de rest, met een constante stroom aan botsingen, neutralisaties en oponthoud als gevolg. En als er iets gebeurt? Dan duurt het eindeloos voordat iemand geholpen wordt en de baan weer vrij is.

In de eerste heat heb ik niet één normale ronde kunnen rijden. Niet één...
De tweede heat was niet beter: de eerste vier ronden ook weer alleen maar oranje lampen. In ronde 5 ben ik uitgestapt, heb ik mijn kart maar aan de kant gezet. En dat terwijl je een godsvermogen moet aftikken per heat.

De baan zelf is prima en de karts zijn oké, maar de organisatie en invulling zijn dramatisch. Voor ruim 200 euro verwacht je professionaliteit en plezier, geen frustratie en tijdverspilling. Dit was een duidelijke zaak van zo snel mogelijk geld zien te verdienen en de kwaliteit en klantervaring deed er duidelijk niet toe.

Voor ons was dit de eerste keer dat we ooit bij een kartbaan wegreden met alleen maar ergernis. En ook meteen de laatste keer: Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Very disappointing experience at TeamSport High Wycombe especially an aggressive and obstructive shift manager by the name of Jake Dell.

We arrived at 9:30pm for a 10:10pm 2-for-3 booking (three races). The Terms & Conditions state:

“Please arrive 40 minutes before your event’s scheduled start time.”

We were five minutes outside that timeframe.

We were told we could not race and that our booking was forfeited due to missing the briefing. There were six other customers in the same position.

No alternative slot was initially offered. After leaving, we coincidentally encountered members of the earlier group who told us they had been offered a session the following day. We returned to request equal treatment and were told this had not been offered to us because we “did not ask”.

We were eventually given a slot the next evening.

Unfortunately, when we attended the following day, the shift manager publicly confronted me in the bar area and said, in an aggressive tone:
“Do you have something to say to my face?”

This was said in front of my son, his friend, and other customers.

We fully understand that safety briefings are essential. However, the wording of the policy says “please arrive” rather than “you must”, and does not state that arrival outside 40 minutes automatically results in forfeiture. The rigid and inconsistent handling of the situation — followed by public confrontation — was extremely disappointing.

We have visited TeamSport Reading many times and never experienced this level of hostility or inflexibility.

Very poor management handling of what should have been a straightforward customer service issue.

Very friendly staff, we all had a good time

Booked for 2 people. At first they had to delay our session 20-30 mins because of rain outside, even staff were confused.

Got out on the track and there was another party who were quite reckless and occasionally rammed us. Even one deliberately rammed into barriers and they got told off severely. but the staff were helpful and gave us free balaclavas for the delay and helped me out a lot with advice since it was my first karting experience.
Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. £4 for drinks and food (varies higher) I’d recommend karting at Brighton, it was fun
