Beautiful tap but I waited about a month for it with no updates. Delivery was terrible also as the driver said my address does not exist and I ended up taking a day off work just waiting for delivery which did not come till next day. Not impressed with either and won't buy again

Old one stiff to get off.New one straight on and no leaks.Very good .Could do with longer replacing though with six month replacement.Must be because of scale buildup.

I bought an undercounter ceramic sink and mixer taps from Taps UK and I am really pleased. Good value and the taps are great they look good and are quite substantial.

Best price I could find for the tap I wanted. Excellent customer service to deal with an issue that arose (manufacturer's responsibility, not tapsuk) and keep me up to date with progress. Highly recommend this company.

Fitting instructions are unnecessarily complicated and tool to change filter wasn't needed which is a good job as we weren't given one when tap was fitted

Picked up the kitchen sink and tap and they opened up all the packaging so we could inspect the items, then they packed them up again and also carried them to my car. The service was great.

I ordered my taps online from Taps UK which arrived within a reasonable time.

Upon receipt the taps were in very good condition and fit for purpose.

I have no hesitation in recommending Taps for ordering Kitchen utensils.

Substandard products. A £44 kitchen bin with sensor stopped working (motor noise but lid would only open manually, even after brand new batteries were purchased). It's reported 9 days after the 6 month warranty expires (from purchase date, not delivery date), and I'm advised to purchase another bin as a replacement via the website. Since the first bin lasted barely 6 months, I'm not buying two bins a year at £88! That is 9 days post warranty from purchase date, thus would have been less taking delivery into account.
I have been advised the warranty is only 6 months as it's "very hard to determine the issue due to what the item is used for, many reasons can cause a sensor bin to break which is why there is only a 6-month warranty provided." This bin has been used in a domestic kitchen, where the property occupants work full time & don't WFH, so it has not been overused like in a commercial kitchen. The quality of the products is clearly substandard.
My warning, avoid purchasing from this company.

Great customer service, and prompt delivery

Delivery service was good & product is of good quality.
The only problem was no identification on the sink or certificate of authenticity was enclosed.

Rachel, the young Lady who handled my request for a minor shower part was exceptional in locating and delivering the Component. While the original company that supplied the shower cubicle was impossible to speak to and ,showed no interest in my issue, Rachel went out of her way to make this happen. More companies could do with employees of her calibre.
