This is my 3rd Sylvox TV as I just upgraded to the 55 inch size for my outdoor pool patio. The picture is bright ,does not get washed out like regular TVs in the sun, and they are waterproof as I leave mine outside uncovered even in the Florida rains. Customer service is great and responds right away. Highly recommended. I would definately recommend getting the soundbar for improved sound quality. I sometimes connect a bluetooth speaker to the soundbar when I am watching TV in my spa to have sound right next to me.

TV Broke, but they fixed it easily
I had the same experience that a lot of others apparently had where after just a couple months the TV stopped working. I had to unplug it, then it would just show a warm up screen and then never get past that.
I sent an email, they requested a video, then sent me a new TV and arranged to have the old TV picked up. It was easy.
Only thing I don't know is if this new one is going to stop working...

Full Sun TV
I ordered a 75" full sun outdoor TV. I had no issues with order or delivery. I hired an electrician to do the installation and that also went smoothly. The TV is working great so far (it has only been about 3 weeks), so I'm enjoying the experience. I didn't realize my order came with a free wall mount, so I also paid $99 for a wall mount. When I told Sylvox about the mix up, they paid for my return shipping label so I could return the extra wall mount for a refund. Yvonne (customer service agent via email) has been helpful, responsive, and generally good to work with. So far so good on my order.
I had a terrible delivery experience…
I had a terrible delivery experience order on Nov 28. They only shipped the cover and TV mount. After 20-30 emails they promised and missed three different delivery dates costing me 3 days of waiting all day. They take days to reply and give vague wrong answer. I finally received the TV and soundbar After giving poor review they now bug me to change it more than they responded to where TV was. I really thought I was scammed out of $2000. Have not opened box yet but I’m not optimistic and dread dealing with their customer service if I have a problem

I ordered an embedded bathroom TV
I ordered an embedded bathroom TV, but when my contractors said it would cost me $3,000 to install it make the frame, Sylvox bailed me out and let me know return the embedded TV really late and purchase a non-embedded TV instead.
And they got back to me on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. THANK YOU SO MUCH Sylvox and Yvonne!!!
I love my Sylvox TV!
I couldn’t be happier with my Sylvox TV on my back patio! The picture quality is stunning, even in bright daylight, making outdoor movie nights and game days an absolute treat. It’s clear this TV was designed to handle outdoor conditions while delivering a fantastic viewing experience.

Buyer beware
I would give this company a 0 if I could.
I ordered the TV on December 5 & received on December 18. I only received the tv, no power cord, remote control, warranty card, etc.
I contacted customer service via email & was told that the rest would ship out on the December 19. It was shipped on December 23. & I’ll receive January 6.
I also had tried several times to call the support number & got a recording that the phone lines were not working. Finally after 3 days & the 4th call I spoke to someone. I was told that he could not help me it had to be escalated to another department & would be marked high priority. I’m still wait for that call, glad I emailed & got a response.
They had no problem taking my money which was over $1000. Apparently this is no big deal to them, it is to me and it was a Christmas present.
I pray that when I receive the power cord & remote control that all works properly. I can’t imagine jumping through hoops again to get what I thought I paid for.

Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered a Sylvox outdoor TV through their website and when it got to me, it had a defect and would not turn off. Sylvox put me in contact with customer service and they immediately began trouble shooting. After a very short time, Sylvox made the decision to replace the TV and it was immediately shipped to me. The new TV worked perfectly and we were able to enjoy it fully throughout the holidays. Thank you, Sylvox for the excellent customer service!

Will not back their product
We bought this full sun television for tailgating. When in “full sun” on a 75 degree it gets black blobs that prevent you from watching. I communicated several times directly with SYLVOX as instructed by Amazon. I was told to take it out of the sun until it cooled or rig a make shift awning over it! Neither acceptable for an $1800 tailgate tv. SYLVOX won’t take it back as I purchased it on Amazon and Amazon won’t take it back as it is past the 30 days as I’ve been dealing with SYLVOX for weeks.

I bought a Sylvox 15.6" Smart Under Cabinet TV for my kitchen and I absolutely LOVE it! I use it every single day. I did have to chat with Sunny from customer service and Sunny was WONDERFUL. Very polite and provided great customer service and helped me resolve my small issue I had ran into. Couldn't ask for a better tv or better customer service!
