Do not order from this joke of a company! Disgusting service. I ordered dog food after waiting for delivery I heard nothing.
I was getting worried as we’re going on holiday and ordered in plenty of time . So I rang today to see what was happening with my order.
Silence!!!!! Then to be told sorry it’s out of stock. So why wasn’t I informed…. I know so you can keep our hard earned cash in your bank account. Sorry but no way to run a business. Be WARNED don’t order from this cowboy outfit.

2nd order paid next day £6:99 this now Thursday no dog food
In January done same thing
I spent £200 at pets at home
So my dogs can have food
And when asked to be compensated
Given dog biscuits as sorry
No that won’t work again
Been using this company for 2 years since fetch changed owners
Will not shopping here for my
Food
There is no next day even when u order they showing next day 9pm
Some lady called Hannah said she supervisor and said warehouse issues not my issues 2nd cost me more money
And won’t even give that money back.
So go elsewhere

Only to find out it’s not even been processed or left swell and I have yodel
App which say any parcel would come up
Dnt ever use this morons again fetch is more money but not worth wasting 5 days of waiting at home

Ordered a dog drying coat, order arrived 3days later only to find the wrong item had been dispatched. After contacting swell by email I heard nothing, after another couple of days I phoned swell only to be told to return the wrong item for my order to be delivered later in the day it was confirmed by email that they did not have the dog drying coat in stock. WHY ARE YOU SELLING PRODUCTS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK

Swell always make you feel comfortable and not like your fed wrong information or backed into buying something you don't need.

Jamies in there store is always lovely to talk too and always has a smile, as do all the other staff members.

I cannot recommend them more!

Great product. Left a bit of dirt in the tank to trial this new product. Amazing, does the job perfectly. Easy to use, clean and tidy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for dog food online, the money was taken from my account but the website said the order had not been verified and I didn’t get an order confirmation email. Contacted their customer services who were of no use whatsoever and just told me that the order had been cancelled and to contact my bank. The money is still missing from my bank account and may take upto 30 days to be refunded, if at all. So no dog food and no money. Do not use this company!!!

Just received my 2 12kg and a free 2kg which helps when you have 4 dogs and again you’ve done it Thankyou swells with a great service good price for Arden grange with extra 2 kg that my dogs thrive on .. fantastic

I don’t know what’s happening to swell pets lately but it’s taking almost a week to get your order when it’s always come in three days before when contacting them I just get excuses. I’ve been their customer for a few years now I was aware of delivery problems before I was their customer but haven’t experienced a problem within the last two years until now I’m not too happy about it as they have gone from being a decent company with me to a bit of a shambles I will update this review in the newest future after they have seen it and replied to me after a while no reply yet and it’s now going to be nine days after order in a couple of hours I did phone them again and their does not seem to be any urgency in for filling the order so I will start looking for another supplier.

Have used Swell Pets for years now and always been v.happy indeed but seem to have zero customer service skills and too busy to cancel my order and refund after processing an order for 5 days with no disptach. Inability to be contacted by phone,email,or messenger on FB.Apparently they're v.busy with Covid unlike us Health workers and 3-5 days to answer anyone???Email to CEO on it's way too now.Awaiting discount voucher to be applied.Mailed and asked again,no code.Mailed again and asked again

Had a problem with damage by DPD to our dog food. No Hassle for Matt - just a photo of split and spilled bag and a replacement is on the way! Excellent service and customer care, prices very keen too!

Really poor customer service. 10 days in and still not received any dog food. No contact, not even an email. Totally un professional. We have rung them to be told we would receive tracking, which they didn't send. The food itself is average but the hastle it's been!! Never again

Website says will price match, this is NOT the case

Always bought my dogs Arden Grange at Swell pets, quick delivery and never any issues until now...
Their website promotes. "Lowest price guarantee, find it cheaper , we'll beat it". Normally they are price competitive however I checked and found it 2 x 12KG Arden Grangeat Bitiba.co.uk for £52.99 while;st they priced this as £55.99. Only £3 I know however I did call them (as why would you pay more for the same thing ) and they were aware of this but would not price match stating Arden Grange had just increased their prices!!

So there you have it , Marked as 3 stars balanced as 5 stars from previous purchases but 0 stars for not telling the truth

Never had any issues from Swell. I use all three of their websites for my personal zoo and have always found the service to be exceptional.
