July 7 and July 30th
July 7, 2026 took car to Super Star Car Wash, 490 Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ for detail cleaning. Was greeted by Kevin. Pleasant and knowledgeable. He turned the car over to Jose who spent 2 hours plus cleaning the interior and exterior. Fabulous job. Cost: Under $200. Other car wash places in athe area cost over $300 for the same service, with pushy employees trying to sell you deals you dont want or need. Kevin answered my questions, quoted a price and Jose did the rest. On July 30th, I returned, for another detail, as someone spilled a Dr Pepper drink on the drivers seat. Again, super service. Also, they buffed outside of the car, removing some paint that didn't belong there. Entire package for 300 bucks. Saved at least a hundred or two US Dollars. I recommend this company, especially the location in Avondale, to anyone who likes a spectacularly clean car. You will NEVER beat the kindness of employees plus the value. Thank You Jose, Kevin, and other employees I met.

No Undercarriage Wash Capability!
Went to the car wash at 3611 Rio Vista Dr in Colorado Springs, CO to specifically get my undercarriage washed. It was advertised as a feature of their two top-tier washes, so I purchased the Super Shine Wash. However, once the wash was finished, I pulled into the vacuum stall and looked underneath my vehicle, and it was completely dry and still had the caked-on dirt. I approached the assistant manager who said this happens about every 7th car, and offered to put me through again. After going through again, I pulled over to inspect the undercarriage which was STILL dry and dirty. I asked him if there were nozzles that sprayed underneath the vehicle and he said he didn't know. I asked how the "undercarriage wash" worked and again he said he didn't know. The second time through, I specifically looked for any nozzles or pipes that would direct water underneath a car, and there were none, so I'm concluding that they do NOT have an undercarriage wash as they claim.
They did not offer to refund my money and when I asked, their response was, "I don't know what to tell you" as they shrugged their shoulders and walked away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Super Star Car Wash if you're looking for a good wash.
Vehicle Damage
On May 15, my Jeep Wrangler sustained severe windshield damage at the Super Star Car Wash location on Miller Road in Buckeye, AZ. While passing through the automatic carwash, the top roller failed to clear my vehicle's vertical windshield, violently banging it 3 times, before finally clearing it. According to the on-duty manager, this is a known issue with Jeeps due to their upright design. The machinery repeatedly struck the top of the windshield, pushing the entire vehicle backward three separate times before clearing it. Upon exiting, the upper third of the windshield was severely fractured in a spiderweb pattern.
I immediately reported the incident to the manager on duty. Although the company’s website guarantees a response within 72 hours, I did not receive a final determination until June 2 (18 days later). The Claims Department denied responsibility, attributing the incident to a "thermal fracture." This explanation is highly problematic, given that the severe fracturing occurred precisely when the machinery violently and repeatedly struck the glass.
Furthermore, an employee confirmed that internal cameras record every vehicle during the wash cycle. It is deeply disappointing that management chose to deny this claim despite clear physical and likely photographic evidence of mechanical impact.
As a result of this experience, I am canceling my monthly unlimited wash subscription for my second vehicle and will no longer patronize this business. I advise all motorists—particularly Jeep owners—to be aware that Super Star Car Wash may deny liability for vehicle damage caused by their equipment. My insurance company will handle the replacement, and I am sharing this account to ensure other consumers are fully informed.

I've been going to Super Star Car Wash for two years. I moved out to Colorado from New Jersey. The staff at the Falcon location is excellent. There is one associate that goes above and beyond and her name is Bella. Bella always asks how I am doing. She always smiles and she always asks if I need anything. Bella is a great asset to your company.
Bad customer service
They can not be reached when you have an issue. This is terrible customer service. They really do not care about customers just as long as they can get their money. No concern whatso ever for the issues concerning their customers.
The Worst Carwash Experience in my Life
I would not recommend going to this car wash as they will ignore you after they damage your car. The car wash ripped my cross bar and roof-mounted bike rack off of my car, dented and scratched the roof of my vehicle, and I was stuck for 15 minutes inside the wash. The manager took a report, said they made a mistake and would refund my car wash and pay for my vehicle repairs. Neither happened, and after multiple attempts to contact corporate and visit the store manager who was not available when I went by the store, I then filed this on my insurance and am out of pocket my deductible and replacement of bike rack.
Later the car wash did finally contact me after two weeks. After corresponding for several weeks they now tell me my claim is denied because of my roof mounted bike rack. For background information I have been going to a competitor for over 5 years twice weekly with this vehicle and roof rack and have also used other car washes without incident. There was even an attendant that helped me at Superstar with my purchase that did not warn me about going into the car wash with the bike rack. Stay far away from this car wash because if they damage your vehicle they will give you the run around and not pay a cent for you damaged vehicle. Terrible business practices.

All car washes came to a halt because for some reason cars were stuck inside the car wash. All the employees told us was to leave and come back later.. went back later and this time, there were no clean towels!
Very disappointed
I Was TOLD To Tip…
Let me start by saying that my car was beautifully detailed by Super Star Car Wash in Gilbert, AZ on Sunday, March 22, 2026. However, the terrible interaction I experienced was when I picked my car up at about 3 pm after dropping it off around 8 am. The gentleman in the detailing department who had my key was extremely off putting. He opened my car to let look at the detailing job and I was pleased with the work. I put my hand out for my key and he reluctantly gave it to me. I put it in my purse and put my purse down on the front passenger seat. The gentleman look me in my eyes and told me I needed to tip him. I explained that two days before when I made this appointment I tipped for the car wash I had that day. He said I am supposed to tip him as well. Of all my decades of driving and detailing my cars, I have never been TOLD or asked or expected to tip for a detail. After paying about $150 for detailing my car I was not expecting to tip let alone being TOLD to tip. I felt pressured to tip this man so I went back inside to purchase an air freshener with my debit card so I could get $20 cash back. At this point I have tipped $40 for a $150 job. Needless to say, I am extremely upset and disappointed and will not be returning.
Superstar? More like “one hit wonder”.
I’ve only gone there twice in the past 6 months or so (W VALENCIA Rd) most recently last week. Both washes were disappointing, the staff are friendly but don’t pay attention to detail and generally do a poor job on both the vehicle exterior & interior. I only go to superstar when I haven’t had time to wash the vehicle myself and can no longer stand driving it so dirty. I really try to avoid washing my vehicle there.

Such bad attitudes there is a bearded gentleman at the hunt highway location that is so rude he even approached me aggressively I will never go back here and suggest no one else does either!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I have a Jeep. Normally I wash it myself but was pressed for time for the next few weeks and it was getting really dirty. I stopped in for the basic wash and I stated, "No Armour All." Pretty simple instruction. Not only did they drown all 5 of my big knobby tires in that crap they put it on my bumpers, fenders and running boards. In a weeks time all of those components would be brown. Oil collects dirt. It was $24 for the wash and $21 for the stuff I had to buy to get it off plus my time to wash my vehicle myself which was what I didn't have time for. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! So I spent $45 for absolutely nothing but wasting my time.
Avoid at all costs
tldr: Immediately after using this car wash, my tire was punctured by a large piece of metal. The air was exhausting so quickly that the damage clearly happened right then, costing me two hundred sixty dollars to replace. Management denied responsibility and handled it poorly.
I had been a paying member for about a year. Today was the first and only drive I made all day, straight from my house to this location.
While being lined up to enter the wash, the attendant guiding cars onto the track spit forcefully on the ground directly in front of my vehicle. Gross and unprofessional.
After exiting the wash and pulling around to vacuum, I noticed one of my tires was already very low. The air was leaking it was hissing and loosing air so fast that there is no realistic scenario where this did not happen at the car wash. My car is only eight months old with about five thousand miles on it. I inspected the tire and found a large metal object embedded through the tread.
I had to drive across the street to a tire shop, where the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced for two hundred sixty dollars, costing me about an hour.
I returned with the metal object hoping management would address the issue. They immediately denied it could have happened there and showed no interest in documenting anything. They said I couldn’t go look at the track for safety issues so I had to take their word.
Between the vehicle damage, unprofessional behavior, and dismissive response, I canceled my membership and will not be back. If you care about your car or accountability, avoid this place at all costs.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY! THEY CHARGED ME SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH! I HAVE CONTACTED THEM WITH NO SOLUTION TO MY ISSUE! REFUND MY MONEY FROM SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER!
Poor customer service, no accountability
I had a serious problem at Super Star Car Wash – Mission Valley on September 15. During the automatic car wash, either the machine malfunctioned causing the car in front of me to go off track or it was their own negligence. This caused scratches and rim damage to my car.
I filed an incident report in person and online, expecting a prompt response, as their website promises replies within 3 business days. It’s now been several weeks, and after a brief initial reply, the company has completely ignored all follow-ups.
This is unacceptable customer service and a clear lack of accountability. If your car is damaged here, don’t expect Super Star Car Wash to take responsibility or resolve the issue. I strongly recommend choosing a different, well-maintained car wash in San Diego that actually stands behind its equipment and treats customers fairly.
If I could leave negative stats I would
If I could leave negative stats I would. I had a small and I mean small mishap at this car wash. The employees were understanding and helpful. What I mean by small..the damage was $180, which is a small issue. I reached out to corporate and hr to no avail. They will not return phone calls or emails. After many and many more they had me submit a claim and that was it. No return phone calls , no returns emails. I would encourage everyone to avoid using this company as they will not stand behind there service or their company nor their customers. I’ve been a member for over 4 years. As of today obviously I’m no longer a member or a customer. My reasoning of this review is to hopefully stop anyone else from going thru this. If anything happens no matter how small they will not respond to you and could care less. No phone calls , no emails, they just disappear. Who does business this way?? My money and support will be going somewhere else.

Yes my experience at this car wash is…
Yes my experience at this car wash is great will not go to any other car wash. Great customer service and always clean environment
Vehicle damaged during wash
Employee did not put the car wash on the correct setting, resulting in the machine breaking off the rear brake light of our vehicle. Staff at location was supportive and completed appropriate documentation. The claim goes through “corporate.” However, there is no contact information available to speak with an actual person. 20 days since the incident and have received 3 automated email responses with no solutions sight. Avoid this business. There is nothing super about them.
BEWARE OF ILLEGITIMATE CHARGES
I canceled weeks ago, yet I was charged again today. This is the second time I have had this company run afoul with double billing, and now just out right "we have your card, why not bang it?!?"
Website & phone don't work. These folks need a visit from the feds. They double bill so much, it is the number one choice when trying to submit a complaint online.
