goods ordered tuesday evening, delivered thursday lunchtime. excellent service and product good value for money

The items I purchased (pillow covers for a sissel pillow) were listed on the website as 'cotton', but were in fact a stretch 'cotton/polyester' velour type material. I wanted cotton as it is cool in summer, so was disappointed as I already had one if this type and find it too warm. I have decided to keep them, as they are useful in the winter, but just not what I thought I was buying. Suggest the website is updated to reflect the true material content.

I have used superfooduk twice now and on both occasions their service has been exemplary. They respond very quickly to email queries and their delivery of the products have been quick and without incident. Highly recommended.

Item arrived much sooner than expected and in excellent condition.

Their description of their products and their efficacy, that they, "...may help..", this, that or the other, is exceedingly feeble.

If there is research or publications to support a claim we should be at least be made aware of their existence. If, '...may help..' is all that can be said of a product, that is no support at all. One could be left with the suspicion or feeling that one is buying proverbial, Snake Oil.

I would hasten to add that this, 'feeble', support of supplements sold online seems to be widespread and not specific to this particular company.

I have made three purchases from this company over as many months. I will continue to buy from them.

After 7 days of waiting for my product the company refunded the full amount because the product was out of stock however when I re-visited the product it's price had significantly increased by £5! after calling their order line by accident I was assured I would get a phone call shortly, haven't received one yet and doubt they will call me.

I placed an order online with this company and am very pleased to say that it arrived within a week. The item arrived in top condition and the transaction was speedy transaction. All in all, excellent service.

The item arrived within 5 days to Croatia. It is the very first time that some company exempts tax for export (as it should be).

I have used Superfood a few times. They have a large range of healthful products and prices are often the most competitive, especially the discounts for buying more than one. I recerntly found it the cheapest site for Sun Chlorella. Delivery has always been reliable and you now get sent a text message the day before delivery if by courier, however the speed of delivery is not as quick as other sites. It might take a week or more for the order to arrive, other sites can deliever in 1-2 days.
