Nopeasti tuli paketti kotiin toimitettuna.

Laadukkaat tuoteet,nopa toimitus.

Nopea toimitus ja tuli juuri ilmoitettuna ajankohtana.

Jos löydän suomenkielisillä sivuilta hienon paidan ja laitan sen ostoskoriin onnistuneesti niin sen tilaaminen pitäisi onnistua. Mutta EI! Kun yritin maksaa tilausta, niin se alkoi herjata ettei tuotetta toimiteta osoitteeseeni. Kun laitoin kyselyä että miksi, sain vastauksen että tuote löytyy Iso Britannian varastosta eikä sitä lähetetä sieltä!

Hyvä sivusto ja nopea toimitus maksutta. Plussaa automaatista joka auttaa esimään oikean koon (toisaalta mallit ovat suht istuvia joten hyvä huomioida kokoa valitessa).

Miinus siitä että palautukset ja vaihdot maksaa… Kannattaa olla suht varma, että tuote oikea tilatessa.

Vaikka aina tilattut tuotteet ovat laatukkaita, ärsyttä että monia tuotteitä ei voi tilata Suomeen. Niitä saa laitta ostoskoriin, mutta jos ruvet maksamaan, tulee teksti että voi hupsis, et voikaan ostaa näitä.

Return policy when buying online, no free return. Returning product from abroad back to Belgium warehouse is expensive and difficult. Will never do that again.

Vaatteet tulivat nopeasti, mutta lähetyspussi oli rikki. Onneksi vaatteet olivat säilyneet matkan aikana kuitenkin moitteettomassa kunnossa.

Hyvännäköisiä tuotteita. Melko kapea mitoitus.

Tuote juuri mitä pitikin.! Toimitus oli nopea.

Aivan järkyttävä palautuskäytäntö. En osta enää ikinä ja kerron kyllä kaikille, että ei kannata. Samat tuotteet saa paremmilla palautusehdoilla muualta.

I ordered a jacket and went up two sizes from my normal size because I wanted a loose fit. The jacket barely fit me. When I went to ship it back I noticed that I would have to pay over 40€ in shipping and decided not to ship it back. I didn’t check the return policy before buying because I thought Superdry was a brand that was trustworthy and had good customer service. This was however not the case…

I am very disappointed with Superdry FI. I have never have such bad experience with a big company. My first parcel got lost somewhere and none was able to say something about it, lost in between the warehouse and the shipment. After 10 days of waiting (and with the estiamted date of the delivery approaching),after no information available, I contacted the help centre (the operator was nice and professional), who give me the option of refund or resend again my parcel. Of course in the meantime one of the item that I chose went out of stock...nevermind, I asked for the refund of the missing item and the delivery of the rest. The new order was placed imediately and now It is aspected to be delivered on 30 of November (Parcel placed the 7th of September...just 3 months!!!). I contacted again the service and they cannot do anything until 7-10 days because they need to wait that the parcel arrive in Finland. And my question is, what will happen if again the parcel does not show up on Posti?
This Finland Branch is simply a joke and I will never buy from them again.
Update: I increased the star from 1 to 3 because at the end I recieved my parcel before the 30th of November and because the SuperDry costumer service was nice and helpful. About the products everything is good and nice. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in choosing the size of one hoodie (it is too big, the size table is not precise, there is not a xs/s or m/l corrispetives) but I decided to keep it anyway because the return product system is too complicated, and I need to pay too much for it.

Even if there is a sort of happy ending to this story, in general, I suggest buying in the store because it is easier and faster.

Joidenkin tuotteiden kohdalla selvisi vasta kassalla että niitä ei voida toimittaa Suomeen. Muuten kaikki sujui hyvin tilauksen osalta.
