Unprofessional! I have layered hair but the lady just trims the longest hair and doesn't trim the shortest layered ends of my hair! Also, she cut my fringe without putting a cutting cape in front at all! All hair I had on my top. The way she trimmed fringe I could do it at home by myself. Never again!

Staff where very friendly and profesional, they done a perfect job on my hair and provided lots of advice on hair care. Birmingham super cuts is definitely the best super cuts salon by far and I've been to a few. Very impressed with my hair cut.

I went to Supercuts in Hammersmith Broadway Centre and had a hair wash, haircut and blow dry for less than £50! Viola did a magnificent job and listened to how I wanted my hair cut and understood exactly what I liked. She is a professional and knows how to cut hair. She was lovely and I’ll definitely have my hair cut with her again at their new salon by Westfield Mall.

Was in Staines early December and desperately needed a haircut, was amazed I didn't have to book at a busy time, got an absolutely brilliant treatment, wash, cut and blow dry. Leyah you are wonderful!! OK it was expensive to what I normally get where I live, but with no appointment necessary I was happy to pay more. I did buy a product on offer so that pushed up the price a bit. I had an amazing haircut that has lasted very well when I'm back that way I will definitely go again and hope Leya is still there.

Excellent. Got my hair exactly how I wanted it and the manager in the derby supercuts did my hair perfectly and was lovely

What a waste of my time.
I decided to try Reading Supercuts because I like to wash my hair myself with cruelty free products and softened water. My hair was clean. I wanted my shoulder length hair shortened by an inch or more. It's a basic bob.
I waited a bit at the reception desk and only because there was a customer paying did I get to speak to the hairdresser( I noted another customer after me waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone) there was one person in front of me.
I explained I could not use the qr code because I didn't have the app. I am over 70 and really don't want alot of apps. The hairdresser told me to take a seat.
After 1 hour the hairdresser came and asked me if I'd booked in; I said the other hairdresser did not take my name just told me to sit. She said I had to have my hair washed. I said ok thinking this was going to be my turn but no she had lots of more interesting things to do like gazing at the computer, getting the broom out and then disappeared. I'd put 2 hours on the car for parking.
I noted how slow the hairdresser's were - there were 4 working - 3 cutting and 1 doing colour I think. I watched the process - it was like watching paint dry.
If someone came into the shop to buy products they had to wait until someone noticed them and came to take payment. There was much gazing at the computer and brushing the floor with the broom.
When I had 50 minutes left on the car park I decided I could not wait any longer and left.
Reader - I advise you to book an appointment with a proper salon - do not bother with Super Cuts Reading unless of course you don't have a life or need a warm place to spend your time. If you go make sure you put plenty of time on the car park ticket - 2 hours will.not do it, take coffee and snacks, and something to do. Screaming children would be the best I think.
Quite possibly the cuts are ok but I will never ever go there again. What a waste of my time and parking costs.

Manchester supercuts- amazing! I’ve already left a review but I promised the hairdresser a review seeing as they refused a tip. I had Brogan (hope I’m spelling it right) so friendly and understood what I wanted straight away. Did a PERFECT job, even offered to blow dry and style at no extra cost, just wish I could add a picture of how it looked! Walked out feeling a million dollars! Would definitely recommend Brogan, very talented hairdresser and great company! Thank you:)

Avoid the Reading supercuts. Just had the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t believe the ‘hairdresser’ is actually qualified. I wish I’d got my 10 year old to cut my hair instead - she would have done a better job. Most hairdressers cut shoulder length hair of one length in a pretty similar way. Never had my hair cut like this! She used clippers to do the first cut (?) then finished it off badly by just cutting round the ends missing the sides out and then made it lopsided. I had to ask her to straighten it up twice. She just kept cutting more off and it’s still not straight. I had to tell her to stop just so I could get out of there before it got any worse. I have had to book a proper hairdresser appointment to sort it out. I could have got a decent haircut for only £10 more at a proper place. It was a shambles checking in. Staff a bit clueless. I was kept waiting for nearly an hour despite receiving a text saying the hairdresser was ready. The stylists pick and choose who they want rather than cut in queue order. Avoid avoid avoid.

I Visited supercuts in lakeside shopping centre on Sunday with my daughter. We both had our hair washed, cut & blowdried & both had a lovely experience there. Both lady's working was lovely & friendly, made us feel really comfortable & our hair felt amazing after they had finished. I would definitely go back there again.

Lovett (I may have that spelling wrong) cut my hair and she did an amazing job. She was so warm and friendly too and I’ll definitely be going back when I’m due my next trim!

Very overpriced for the service you get.
I had my fringe cut, never again, they literally cut it straight across, no shaping whatsoever.
I had my two young granddaughters with me who were keen to feel special also so I allowed them each to get a trim, less than 2” of hair was cut, again straight across, no shaping whatsoever and I was charged £53. for less than 10mins in the shop. A very disappointing experience, I will never set foot in a supercuts shop again.

Walked in to get my hair done, and Beth (I hope I have the name right) was brilliant!

She had a clear understanding of customer request and really thought about what she was doing, listening to what I wanted and making the right suggestions so that I would walk away happy.

the service received from her (and the rest of the colleagues) was amazing!

I am usually a person who doesn’t like to complain because I am quite tolerant and I try to think everybody can make mistakes. But yesterday I had the worst experience in my life in Supercuts St Johns, Liverpool. I wanted to get a new colour- chestnut/ginger balayage as my natural colour is dark brown and what they put me was Red bright Mermaid. I almost ended up in tears. I had to asked to put me a darker tone to fix it. Then, they stained my sweater with the dye that I had to throw out. Then, they cut my face with the scissors when they were doing my fringe and I had to ask a few times to give me something to remove all my stain of my face from the colour hair. At the end, I have paid £95 pounds for a horrible service and I didn’t get what I wanted. I rather they would have told me they cannot do what I asked for. The person who did it was nice to me but he didn’t apologised or gave me any discount. I think I was quite nice considering the horrible experience. I definitely won’t be back to this place and I would advise to all my friends not to.

I am customer to Supercuts in Lewisham from years. Everytime I have got a top notch service from all the staff. Thank you for been so professional and friendly. Today I visit it again and the service from Lalani was amazing. Thank you.

Went to Supercuts in Woking today. Elvisa was amazing. She cut my hair really well and listened to exactly what I wanted. Thank you Elvisa, top stylist!

Bullring, Birmingham. Went in last min decision to get blow dry. Anniversary dinner. What a waste of time. I told the stylist I wanted a big bouncy blow dry with volume. I have naturally wavy/curly hair. The stylist talked non stop about random rubbish. She wittered on. There was no volume. No bounce. She used ghd straighteners to attempt to create curls. Despite me saying to begin with that I didn’t want straighteners to be used. The whole
Thing was a disaster. My hair is medium thickness but soft. But she still should have been able to give me what I wanted. Plenty of other stylists have achieved it over the years. Instead she blamed my hair for being too soft and I found myself apologising!! My hair is in great condition because I do not use heavy heat on it and I do not colour it. I left with flat hair that had no shape and no style. I thought every basic hairdresser knew how to do a simple bouncy blow dry. Learnt my lesson never doing super cuts ever again. Lacking basic skills. And blamed
My hair she couldn’t achieve what I asked her to.I’ve just got home (20 min) walk and my hair is completely straight with the odd wonky bit. I can’t believe I paid for that.

I went to the supercut in iLford exchange mall and the lady was rlly nice before my hair was thick and hard to deal with now my hair feels a lot thinner and healthier

Visited Supercuts Bromley in the Glades this week, had my hair done by Tina. I just would like to say thank you for an amazing haircut as always. Tina very precessional in her work. Would highly recommend.

I ordered shampoo and conditioner on 18 August. It still hasn’t arrived by 28th. I emailed and despite their claim they did not reply in two days but in a week. They blamed the posts strike which I don’t think had happened. Tried to cancel my delivery as I was then on holiday. They claimed it had been delivered. No proof and no sign of product. They have not replied to my emails. I am now disputing the transaction with my credit card.

I decided to pay another visit to the salon it was Sunday and Wilma was great. She was busy and she took my number and agreed to call me when she was free which was in about a hours time. On receiving the call I returned to the salon. I showed Wilma pictures of hair styles that I liked and we discussed colour. Wilma got to work. She was very friendly and professional and I was so pleased with the results. I was one very happy customer and would not think twice in recommending Wilma.
