Amazing service and my hair came out incredible!! Thank u❤️
Ripped off
The stylist was awesome. The one star is based on your prices. I got a full head highlights cut and blow dry £142 with a ten pound voucher off back in January. Then in March £118 for half head highlights cut and blow dry. When did it become custom to charge for 2 services ? All the salons I usually go to charge it all in one price. My daughter £59 quid, my friend who uses the same salon and gets the same treatment as me £70. I don’t understand and the stylists are the same professionally so I was well and truly ripped off
Uneven haircut
Booked a last minute haircut here trusting it due to the brand name but will definitely never be back.
I booked through Treatwell with the Creative Director. The treatment started well, and I explained I wanted a bit of a trim and some light layers. When the stylist started to cut my hair she seemed massively disinterested in what she was doing, and like she wasn't really paying attention. When it came to applying product she applied blow dry spray repeatedly only to one part of my hair which I thought was a bit odd. I initially left the salon without saying anything but upon taking a picture to send to my friend I realised just how bad the haircut was. It looked like 2 different haircuts. The right side is lovely, with blended face framing and layers but the left side can only be described as a staircase. Given how bad it was I decided to return to the store (only 10-15 minutes later), which neither of the staff there seemed overly pleased about. Pointing it out to them the stylist said it looked fine earlier so she doesn't know what happened to it but did offer to look at it. She trimmed the right side a bit more so both sides were a more equal length, and blamed it on my hair apparently being thicker on one side. I decided what she'd done would have to do asI felt really unwelcome and I think the only way to fix this will be a would be a whole new hair cut.

I went too the salon in the pyramids Birkenhead and Megan styled and coloured my hair, this is the first time in years I’ve been too a salon and they all make you feel welcome but Megan especially was amazing talked me through everything and you could tell she really cares about her job , I’ve booked again for 8 weeks and can’t wait.
I originally booked in for a…
I originally booked in for a consultation and then on another day for the balayage and cut.
Consultation was great, stylist thought that the service I had booked wasn’t right and we changed it.
I turned up on the day, all seemed fine until minutes into my appointment the manager says to the stylist that there isn’t enough time to do the full service. I’d booked a treatment in as well and I was then told I probably couldn’t have this. Not a problem, saves me some money.
Because the manager had mentioned there not being enough time before close, I felt the stylist was rushing putting the foils in. Constantly dropping the foils, sighing and visably being stressed. My head was put into strange positions so she could foil which caused my neck to hurt.
I was then left to process and after a few minutes the stylist checked the first foils put in and noticed they’d lifted quickly. I then had half my hair washed off, leaving the rest to process. When the rest was taken off there was no support on the basin, so my neck was against this. Clearly we did have time for the treatment as she did it and left me there for what felt like forever, this wasn’t mentioned to me at all. My neck was really hurting before she eventually came back to wash it off, tone and complete the wash.
She then did the cut and blow dry. The blow dry was not done in sections, it was just a blast dry. She then told me she was finished and to make my way to the desk to pay. No finish at all and even better, the underneath of my hair was still wet at the root. I was flabbergasted.
As someone who doesn’t have their hair done a lot and spending nearly £200, you want a salon experience. This really wasn’t it and I won’t be returning back. I was really upset when I returned home. Regis please train your staff on basic customer service and what their packages entail. Communication is also key, being told I wasn’t having a treatment and then getting it without being told.
I have never had a worst balayage done…
I have never had a worst balayage done in my life absolutely no blend and looks ginger Do not go here!!!! It's more hassle than what it's worth staff have no clue what they are doing and I will have to now spend more to get another Salon to fix it.
After booking online
After booking online, travelled 25 miles. With an appointment time of 3.30pm i arrived early at my destination. Me and my husband had did some window shopping from about 12.00 pm. I went to the salonabout 3.20pm to be told to come back to the salon at 4.15 pm because there was only 2 staff. Knowing that the salon closes at 5.00pm i know they would have been rushing to get the procedure done what i paid to have done. They have my phone number and not once did they phone me prior before arriving at Gateshead or even while we were at Gateshead. I've been a customer here for years, but never experienced this lack of professionalism. I will never book Regis Salon again. I will be expecting refund of the full amount.
Stefania Was Amazing ⭐️
I recently went to Regis Salon in Milton Keynes - Sunset Walk and I was only passing by to see if they could do a quick men’s trim.
Stefania fit me in just before her client and I must say - I’ve never had a better cut, she is such a lovely lady and I will be coming every month to see her.
Thankyou!

Attended Regis in Croydon for a re-style. Customer service was excellent. The hairstylist 'Susan' was excellent she listened to what I wanted and I showed her images of what I would like. She was excellent throughout and did exactly what I asked. I would recommend Regis in Croydon and will be returning. Thank you for being professional!
dont buy online goods
may possibly be good at cutting hair but OMG their online service to buy goods is absolutely terrible.
Two weeks to sort a simple bottle of shampoo order and still not able to provide complete the order. Stick to cutting hair

I asked for two simple blonde streaks on top of my already existing ones and it came out hella patchy and now I gotta redo it myself also cost me £57 for them to do the very least. Disappointed as I had my streaks done there before and was happy with the results previously.
Regis Croydon
Regis Croydon - Expect Hidden Charges. Expect Confrontation from Manager.
Booked online and paid for Cut and Style for Medium Length.
Original length was at shoulder blades. Style I wanted was ABOVE shoulders.
Informed this will be charged at a rate for Long Hair. Price increased by £43 to
£68.
This is deception and bullying as hair being styled was ABOVE the shoulders.
Was about to walk out - manager then agreed. Subsequently approached by her to say this is indeed a ‘Long haircut’ ( are they blind ?).
Also - if hair is thick they charge an extra £12 ( mine is thin), if a blow dry is ‘big’ , they charge an extra £12.
My bag ( which I had placed on the empty seat next to me) moved by her onto shelf in front of me, without asking me ( salon was mostly empty, 80% seats, inc. the one i had placed my bag on, remained vacant).
Referred to in third person by manager ‘Is she buying that shampoo ?’
Regis - this salon represents your brand - do better - train your staff. Manager here is unprofessional and lacks basic manners.
service and got me in at the last…
Great service and got me in at the last minute. Stylist knew I was on a budget . Not once in all the time I was there did the stylist explain the prices so when I was given the bill at the end I was in shock . I still am . If I had chosen a high end salon in Manchester I could understand it . My friends and family are gobsmacked at the price. Everything else was great but that spoiled it .
I first went into Regis
I first went into Regis, Croydon, back in Jan for a blonde balayage. I had a lovely lady called Nora who was amazing. Id never had it before an i loved it. So I then went back for touch ups an roots 6 months later, it lasted that long. I was told Nora had left but they had some 'amazing' colourists who could help. I explained I just wanted the roots done. The receptionist/'hairdresser' (not the one doing my hair) advised more blonde so there 'wasn't a line'. I happily agreed. I agreed on the exact same colours as before. It was horrendous!!! I said I wasn't happy with the colour, which was very dark/green/grey in parts, I've no clue how she did that. The cut wasn't what I asked for an a bit wonky, but the style (curles) were lovely. I was told it was a 'lovely' colour an what I asked for, by the receptionist/,'hair dresser' i had orignally spoken too. I then basically got told it was my fault as I had agreed an they had explained. Which wasn't true at all. She did eventually say if i wasnt happy to come back another day an they would redo it. By this point it was such a sh1t show i had lost all faith in Regis. I had to spend £300 by another Salon who couldn't figure out what on earth they had put on my hair. An it definitely was not balayage! 100% agreed it looked horrendous. She (new hairdresser from a different salon) said not only has she had to do many a cover up from them, before I had even said Regis she knew. She said normally she wouldn't re-dye hair so soon as it is really bad for your hair but it looked so bad she felt like she had no other choice. I don't blame the hairdresser at Regis, Croydon that did the job directly as she may have been very new an was being directed by this other 'hairdresser'. But what made it so much worse is I was blamed for it being so bad. As I had 'agreed' I hadn't, I told them what I wanted and agreed to use the same colours as before, but I've no clue what she did. I left in tears. I am so beyond grateful to the salon that was able to fix it. I won't name names but it was a massive job and I was scared she wouldn't be able to fix it. I will NEVER use them again. Not just a awful job but the customer service from management was shocking!
An absolutely fantastic experience,
Our extremely skilled stylist, Monica, was remarkable when it came to cutting my hair. She ensured we were satisfied with the cut and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge in men’s styling was incredible and helped us choose the right cut for us. I would highly recommend coming to Regis if you are someone who truly cares about their hair and are looking for an exceptional experience.
Booked and paid online then I had to pay extra at the salon. Beware.
First time visiting Regis Cribbs Causway Bristol I was in the area for an event.
Booked and paid upfront for a wash and blow dry online.
Arrived for the appointment the next morning. Blow dry was good and the stylist was really nice.
However, when I came to leave I had to pay more money.
There was whispering between the stylist and maybe the manager while I was having my blow dry maybe they were discussing my extra charge who knows.
Think it was £40 in total rather than the £27 I had paid online as my hair was longer. It did not say anything online about this anywhere when I booked and paid upfront.
Left a bad taste.
Absolutely over the moon!
I had a restyle appointment at Regis in Merry Hill today, with the lovely Amy 🥰 had the most amazing experience, I felt very comfortable and at home, I was welcomed and looked after, with fab cups of tea 😊 and a good old bit of banter. Amy is very friendly, down to earth, felt like I'd known her for years, she went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and at ease. Haven't been to the hairdresser in a few good years so was a tad nervous. No need though, as it was all fantastic! Im in love with my new style, the colour, the cut, im feeling beautiful. Thank you Amy, you really have made my entire year ❤️ your an asset to Regis and the hairdressing world, we so need more like you. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be going back again soon. Happy customer 👌
Regis chester
Lyn from Regis In chester took the time to talk through what colour I was looking for and explained what she was going to do from start to finish what a fantastic experience thank you .For anyone who may be looking to have a grey blending I can't recommend this hair salon enough.
Great experience
Croydon. First time visiting the salon and am really pleased. I had a whole head of highlights, a treatment and cut and finish done by Shirley. She really looked after me, gave great advice and took a lot of time and care when doing my hair. Will definitely be going back to her in the future.
Epsom Store First visit not again
Epsom Store First visit not again . Asked to sit on a chair not cleaned of previous hair was cleaned when I pointed it out , gown damp and had stains , water cold not asked if ok when being washed .Prices confusing .
Detailed Short cut blow dry £37.00
Short Cut blow dry £56.00 .
what is the difference makes no sense .I told them what I wanted and came to pay to find it was the £56.00 , I asked why got told because it washed ? both prices have a blow dry ? . Rather misleading no help when I questioned them.
