A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

I have now been trying to contact them…
I have now been trying to contact them by telephone for 3 days to add a transfer (which should work up to 7 days before departure- but isn't) - The live chat facility doesn't work and the phone function is appalling - it cuts you off at the drop of a hat - You literally have no phone support or live chat support - Extremely frustrating.
I have now had a response. Telling me what to do again ..... It doesn't work. That is the whole point. And of course no telephone number to speak to anyone.

This was our second holiday with…
This was our second holiday with sunshine. Booking and information was straightforward, finding the transfer kiosk was easier than last year. The only downside was waiting over an hour for the transfer bus to arrive at the airport, which in turn made us later arriving at the hotel causing us to miss our evening meal, as it did last year

They had messaged me straight away about flight cancelled on the day I was to fly out so got my money back to re-book the holiday to different day.

Logistical nightmare ….
When we arrived at the hotel they had no room for us and allocated us a inferior room in the old section of the hotel
So we couldn’t unpack and relax until they sorted our room out which wasn’t till the afternoon the next day … on the day of our return home our flight was delayed for over 2 hours and we had to change aeroplanes which wasn’t till bad enough but they stood all of us on the tarmac at 4 am for 40 minutes while passengers from the last flight disembarked , then the plane needed cleaning refuelling and restocking before we could get on with our journey home …
Disappointing experience …. Hotel and staff were lovely besides the chaos at the start and end of our holiday
