The technician is very warm and explained everything for me to understand. He also was patient to wait for me to ring my husband when I needed to ask him a question regarding the payment method and other questions.

We have had some investigation work on our waters meter today and the Severn Trent operative that attended - Garry Dulon was really friendly and approachable. Garry explained everything to me and my husband in a very clear and understandable way .
