the car was delivered in a covered trailer and returned in the same at my expense. The car was imaculate when it left and delivered back covered in dew dust and several layes of dust at that and bird poo

NOX sensor failures!
The garage confirmed that for years used/reconditioned parts were used in repairs which failed 5 times in 5 years and when I asked for some accommodation on the costs for now a new part I was told that due to the age and mileage of the car there was nothing they could do, ignoring that the failing parts were neither old nor had a high mileage. Premium brand?
Update, they have now conceded and made an acceptable offer to resolve - hence the additional star but I can't make it four stars - sorry.

The staff were brilliant
I was welcomed by friendly people no pressures and help through every decision I made staff are so helpful my experience was pleasantly happy. If I was thinking about buying another vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to go back to BMW Doncaster.
